So much thought, effort me precision is put into every one of these dishes. There were 10 savory courses and 3 dessert courses. We were so full and had to take the last 2 dessert courses home. Everything was delicious but the mackerel was way too fishy for me and the wagyu was a bit too fatty. Other than that a perfect meal.
