Krave Cafe & Deli — Restaurant in New York

These guys really have it together. I stopped in on the way to the train to grab a late breakfast with my daughter. The deli manager was detailed oriented polite and got my order exactly right and it was delicious. The cashiers were too younger men who look to be potentially the managers and did a great job being polite and courteous and super warm to all the patrons in there. They created a great Vibe a warm environment and the food was delicious fresh and reasonable in cost especially for the Upper East Side. When a great mom and pop establishment has such great customer service in value it really stands out these days. This is the best deli!!!! It is a true gem in the UES!!! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff genuinely cares about their customers and they provide the highest quality service. Many of the staff are family members. They work like a well oiled machine together and put their hearts in to this place.

The deli itself is always spotless and well-organized with a wide variety of delicious options for any craving. You can tell they take pride in what they offer. It’s always an absolute pleasure to go to Krave!!! They don’t make delis like...

Food is good (sandwich and salad) but service is spotty. I don’t recommend getting cold cuts here. I ordered some turkey and waited 20min while they made sandwiches for everyone else in the store, still not giving me what I asked for. Finally it was clear I wasn’t getting my turkey when the guy said “sorry it’s busy come back another time.” I came another time when it was less busy and they overcharged me - I had to ask for them to give me the correct price.
