Without a doubt, this place in Flushing is a hidden gem that truly stands out among the rest. Nestled in a highrise building, the breathtaking view of Flushing adds an extra touch of wonder to the overall experience. The hospitality and service provided by bartender Nicole, server Alex, and manager YoYo were nothing short of exceptional.

Read moreWarning warning as of 2 days ago I guess the pricing has changed be prepared you must spend certain amount of money and they were unfortunately not transparent nor communicative (Sidenote: we called to make sure it was open and perfect opportunity to communicate the changes) incredibly rude at the door âfancy man â behind âfancy ropeâ denying entrance pretty pity-ful A+ plus rooftop will forever have my money
So I am returning to comment again because I appreciate the owner responding.
Please read carefully ..everyone needs to pay their dues hence your rent etc I donât blame you for establishing new protocols heck I feel you and fortunately for me I am very conscious of that because I know a thing or two about this realm of business but do take note of your market and itâs immediate vicinity and please spare your assumptions that I am unaware of what is proper etiquette hence spent over $100 on just myself and separately on a friend at the other more chic and relaxed atmosphere which is A+ rooftop ...however regardless your host whom was called directly could have elaborated rather quickly over phone that please note policy changes ...yes physically sign was printed on a rather flimsy paper understood it might of been rushed 2 days ago but this does again does not stand to replace the facts that communication over phone could have been relayed...but yes there is a clear sign outside and a bodyguard form of bouncer type individual that stops you the minute you approach the establishment...appreciate the copying and pasting of your rationale for said protocol and wish you the best in your business From a well known customer and frequenter of rooftops in my NYC wish you the best and I hope all remain employed and well...

My boyfriend and I were looking for something local when a friend of mine recommended this rooftop. It was a 50 degree night so we were hoping for some type of heated lamps or indoor rooftop (after all COVID has changed the way we dine in these days) the host advised us there were only 2 tables; 1 outdoor and another by the doorway that made you feel the cold breeze. We opted to the warmer location. Literally a minute later a table cleared right under the heated lamp. I asked one of the host if we can change tables since me and my bf were practically shivering she had no problem accommodating us. Up until the manager (older Asian male) sat a couple down letting us know âthis table was reservedâ. Had it been reserved the previous host wouldnât had agreed to move us. Although the drinks and food were 4 stars the service was really disappointing. Being in the service industry has truly showed me how important it is to accommodate customers especially while recovering from a global pandemic.
I hope they invest into more heating lamps and have a better line of communication after...
