Midway — Restaurant in New York

Short review:

You want a bar thats set in the old ways of NYC night life? Are you in WillyB and just want to get away from the boozy aesthetic? Are you trying to just have a fun time with non-frills drinks? Yup! This is your spot. You can't go wrong coming here (seriously)... Maybe your looking for a winding down bar but that's pretty popping? Yup! This is your spot too.

I really need to hand it to Mary and Janette, they command the bar (with ease mind you) and provide a none pandering serving that should be championed. I'm sitting here (close to the front door) and I enjoy the smell of cigarettes (and bud). You nee to appreciate the alcohol that had soaked into the bar top over the (idk how many) years. After walking up the strip I saw midway and was like I think I need to go here.

Listen... Stop wasting time looking for the "best" spot in Williamsburg and just come here and enjoy your...

I like the place, but, as a pool enthusiast, I am gave this place just a 2 stars. Why? There's no order in the pool table:

There is no list or a black board where you can put your name or the next player's name: if you want to play, you need to put any of your stuff on top of the side rail as your marker. And it has a line! As as result, there are varieties of stuff lining up on one side of table--where it gets move from time to time whenever someone has to shoot around that said area.

Other than that, the place around the pool table...

I was there on Saturday night celebrating with my friends and one of them unfortunately felt bad, it was already after 3am and she wanted to go to the bathroom. When she was there the restroom was busy and she vomited on the floor of the place, once that happened the security guard came in to take her out of her in a bad way, so I told him shouldn’t do it so she was a woman. He became angry and threatened my life, stabbing me in the chest and cutting off my arm. Is it possible for a security guard to protect customers...
