Pacific Palace Cafe — Restaurant in New York

My husband came here on Mother's Day with my son and he ordered a protein shake and a smoothie. The gentleman working there was so kind. He went out of his way and kwpt asking what does my son like so he can get him something. He grabbed some fresh berries and bananas and chopped them up in a bowl for him. My son doesn't eat sweets so he came up with this option which really moved me.

In essence of mothers day, he also sent a gift for me which was a warm chocolate brownie. I must say, this waa by far the BEST brownie I've ever had. The brownie had such a warm luxurious filling. It was quite mouth watering and super rich and soft. The protein shake was made to perfection and complimented my chocolatey goodness. The right amount of sweet without over powering the flavour.

My mom had the strawberry banana smoothie and she truly enjoyed it. Everything was so fresh and pleasant. I hope to see this place as a staple in the area. This place is located right off the L train, Montrose ave stop so it's easily accessible.

Update: just went back with my hubby and grabbed a Matcha Latte and a Hot Brownie 😭😍 I truly love this place. It brings my happiness! ANOTHER UPDATE:

August 31: I brought my sister here for the first time. She's a HUGE food critic. The customer service, hospitality, and the food have absolutely PASSED the vibe check!!

We had the Pacific palace waffle with nutella, white chocolate drizzle, strawberries, and bananas with a side of ice cream. SoOoooo freaking good. We had caramel iced lattes that were made with love. The waffles are light and airy. You leave satisfied and happy. None of that heavy feeling in the stomach feeling when you eat something bad. Just the purest form of bliss. The caramel lattes are better than Starbucks! Yes I said it! Fresh and tasty. If you doubt me, come try it! 😉 oh yes, my hubby had a protein shake since. He's a fitness man so he had to get the best from the best for his super pumped...

The storefront doesn’t really look like a sushi restaurant, but there’s an actual made-to-order sushi counter and the fish was really fresh and tasty! Way better than some full on Japanese restaurants I’ve been to in Brooklyn.

There’s really charming outdoor seating in the back, and it feels like you’re in someone’s backyard. It was a great, chill setting to catch up with friends.

Mario, the sushi chef, even made our table an aguachile style shrimp ceviche which was sooo good 🔥🔥🔥 still thinking about it days later & is why I’m leaving a review!

I was in the neighborhood this morning before heading to my hair appointment. This bright and welcoming Cafe caught my attention. I ordered the Waffle with whipped cream, a sprinkling of ground pistachios on one side and a drizzle of Pistachio Cream on the other!
