Okay listen, I am a huge fan of PB but I have a huge grievance with this location never picking up the phones. You can call them at 6:20AM all the way to 9 AM and they will still claim to be too busy to answer the phone.
I work in an office near by and we send a lot of catering to our clients. Sometimes the clients switch information after we have placed an order but there is no way on their website interface to edit these changes or even cancel the order leaving your only option being to contact the location of the order. Sometimes their OWN website would override what you've placed on the system and straight up change the zip code from Brooklyn to Manhattan and you don't notice this until you've placed an order.
You can call the catering number, location number, email their contact, email the catering portion of the company and get no reply or a reply WAY too late to do anything about.
Quite frankly I am alarmed about how horrific their website is in terms of placing orders. For such a large international company its surprising to see the website interface run like something out of the early 2000s.
For these reasons we will not be using PB as an option for catering with our clients anymore. If you aren't ordering and picking up directly from the location do not risk getting food here on a cooperate scale.

I had ordered a cake at 10:15am and got a voicemail confirmation of my order and my cc was charged. But when I went to pick up my cake at 6pm. They said, we don't have it and asked me whether I ordered from their location. I showed the manager proof that my credit card was charged and she listened to my voicemail to make sure it was her employee who took the ordered and she went downstairs to check for 15minute and came back to say we don't have it. She asked me to get something else, at this time I was already frustrated because I wanted a specific birthday cake. But her only solution was to tell me to get whatever that is left on the shelves. So planning ahead does not guarantee your order and the manager did nothing to compensate for their mistake. I have always been a loyal customer, but all it takes is for one bad experience and you will lose that customer forever.
