It was the most horrible to-go experience I ever had!!!!! Once I entered the store, I didn’t know where was the queue for ordering the food. You could only see a bunch of customers and delivery guys randomly stood in front of the counter and yelled their order to the cashier lady. The music was crazily loud, just like in the night club. You must yell louder than the music to order your food, especially you are wearing mask. After you order, the cashier lady would ask you to step aside to wait for your name. The cashier lady’s attitude was terrible bad. She is the most inpatient, unfriendly and unprofessional staff I ever met. Bc the wait was so long so customers had to keep asking for their order is ready or not. When the order is ready, the cashier lady only would call your name once. If you miss it then you miss it. The music is freaking loud, how could they expect the customer could pay attention to what they called???? If you ask the cashier lady about your order, she would just ignore you. It took me 45 mins to get my food!!! That’s ridiculous!!!! When I talked to the manager that I had been waited more than 30 mins for the food, he replied me: “30 mins wait is nothing”....... what kind of customer service was that!!!!???? They are totally unorganized and work without system. The worst was every single customers were wearing mask during the wait in the store BUT all the staffs in the store were wearing a “chin gard” instead, except the manager. I would never come back for sure......... it was a very stressful and disappointing...
Read moreWILDLY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. i’m not one to write a review so me taking the time to type this up is an indication on level the staff at this establishment tried me today. i frequent this location. just doordash and pick up. today was no different. it’s usually a simple handoff off or your told to wait. when i order here i always check my bag because a festival is always missing. honestly no biggie, i just let them know they take a look at the receipt and give me whatever’s missing. today was the same thing. i go up to the counter to say my festival is missing and the cashier is being blatantly disrespectful, calling me sweetheart in a condescending tone saying one is already in the bag (i ordered 2). she begins to snap her fingers and scream hello at me while i’m trying to show her my receipt. when she got loud i escalated the situation by asking for a manager. who did absolutely nothing. just said she couldn’t have her worker apologize to me because it would be unprofessional. never mind the unprofessionalism of her worker. i get it as someone who works in food service. but being that disgustingly disrespectful and rude with a customer who didn’t even do anything is just BIZZARE and...

Delivery service was backed-up, and staff seemed overwhelmed during my visit. The two kiosks were offline. The team must have been new, or maybe it was the movie production around the corner. The staple food ran out, so the folks who ordered online had to find other options. Nonetheless, the space is too small for customers & delivery service to share. I think they should set up a curbside pickup for delivery vendors. One sign defines the counter space, which makes people come in and skip you. Even with all the modern efficiencies, it still takes a long time to complete your order and receive it. The rice and peas are from a rice cooker. The staff workstation doesn’t work well together; the staff is respectful, but it Infuriates the customers and delivers personnel because of the errors. The food is good; their work area is clean, but they need a team meeting to organize the customers flow better. I’ll pay them another visit to try...
