Horrible costumer service! used to be a regular costumer but after a rude episodio with a waitress I will never come back there no more. I ordered a poke bowl in there few weeks ago and I didn’t know the name of an ingredient to put it in, I was trying to point at it and show her what I wanted. And the waitress was so rude and gave me attitude but saying me to keep my hand far from the display because of COVID-19, I felt really offended and upset by her and I left that place ASAP without talking anything. I absolutely LOVE this spot since moving to Williamsburg. The freshness, thd flavors, portions, price, the service when I go in, how fast it gets delivered when I order online. However, they recently changed the bowls they serve the food in from plastic to eco-friendly carton bowls, like the ones at Chipotle and I'm frustrated. As much as I'm for eco-friendly material, these carton bowls absorb the oils, aromas, flavors, and sauce, changing the taste drastically inevitably making the food taste a bit bland and dry. Not sure what the "better" alternative is but I'm disappointed and unfortunately feel it will impact whether I continue purchasing...

I just tried this Hawaiian poke spot in NYC and absolutely loved it! The place was sparkling clean—everything from the gleaming counters to the spotless prep area gave me total peace of mind. The staff greeted me with warm “Aloha!”s and genuine smiles, happily walking me through the menu and customizing my bowl just how I wanted it. My spicy ahi tuna with mango salsa was so fresh and flavorful—it felt like a mini island getaway in the middle of the city.
