The overnight crew / closing crew is very disrespectful. They have no consideration for their customers and the way they handle the food & serve the food for the customer. At the register I had to repeat my self multiple times due to them playing hip hop and other radio music as lound as it can be. An even after the manager came upfront they still did not turn the music off and I continued to have to repeat my self multiple times due To the music eventually my order was token. I received my food in a rushed manner I had to ask for bags for my food and my drink. After my food was bagged disorderly I was handed the drink with no cup holder and no bag. So I waited as the worker took it upon himself to move on to bagging the next order when he never finished at least bagging up my drink. So I sat my drink in front of him asked if he can bag it. He looked at me as if he didn’t understand. So I just sat an waited; then he slide the drink back to me. So then I ask again can I get a cup holder and a bag? He continued to look at me and cursed me as he passes me a cup holder with no bag. Then I had to ask for a bag again. He hands it with out opening it or even attempting to. So I took my food tried speaking to the manager and he told me so what report it online. I feel you guys need more efficient and people friendly...
Read moreWent to drive through. No line and the food came fast. Can't promise that'll always be the case though. Usually after work the lines get long at fast food drive through because people are picking up food for dinner. It's what ppl in the industry call "the dinner rush." Not gonna lie, I was picking up Popeyes because I was really stressed about the coronavirus surge and needed some comfort food. My plan was to pick up a chicken sandwich and also an 8-piece box so I could heat it up later and then make soup out of the bones. I was also thinking it would be good to have some fried chicken on hand in case I needed to self-isolate Etc. The nice lady at the drive-in threw in a small mac and cheese even though I didn't order it. I think they are trying to push the mac and cheese right now. I ate it but almost immediately regretted it because of the way it made my stomach feel. All in all I got what I wanted out of this Popeyes and more. If you are in the area and looking for a Popeye's that has a drive-thru, I recommend this one. I think it's also the only Popeye's with a drive-thru...
Read moreThis was a surprisingly clean, bright, and safe dining experience, all the food was a bit fresher than all others I’ve been to, lots of parking, fast service, attentive staff, managers are friendly and supportive to everyone. I get my orders to go mostly, but the dining area was inviting. Glad it’s within walking distance to my apartment, my usual location has shuttered, and I would take the subway or bus to other Popeyes within the metro area. But by far this is the premium of any of them. I’m happy and heavier by margins.
It seems they are hiring many new employees for the holidays, not trained very well, bad phone skills and no idea what he is doing as a representative of Popeyes, he is giving a great location a bad reputation with his lack of knowledge, and service skills, too bad, it was my local go to. PLK, take notice, your branding is too important to just let some random dude be the guy be your first line to sales and service. Nov. 11,...
