Small Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I won’t complain about the high prices…the dead atmosphere or the customer service that is dependent on the customer. What I will talk about are the flies. I know it’s summer time…but if customers have to deal with all of the above…at least deal with the fly issue. There are too many flies to feel secure eating from this establishment. I work across the street and they definitely take full advantage of the fact that there are no other stores within a 2-3 block radius. My co workers would rather pay more to order or bring in their own food. #DontEatHere if you can help it. I’d rather eat from the breakfast cart across the street ANYDAY. Today was the first time I’ve been in there for months and nothing has changed. Same lack luster attitudes. #ItsNotWorthIt...

If I could post a review with no stars I would. The manager is very disrespectful and some ppl have even called her a 'racist' and I am tempted to believe them. I have given them chances. Just know that if they don't like you or have a bad day, watch your food. I specifically said "no onions" and they put an 1 strip. The manager told the chef three times at different time intervals. So tell me how they could make that mistake. The manager did not apologize or make an offer to provide an alternative in any way. When in the area, I usually visit this spot for lunch. Today, I was so disappointed to see mold on my bread. And because of how far I have to walk to get here, it wasn't worth it to walk back and return it. Please note that I walk to get my food and then sit in my car to eat it. They are usually very pleasant, but do pay attention to the quality of food...
