Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I didn't catch her name but one of the workers was rude to me during my ordering experience. I asked for "cold brew iced coffee" and she said that cold brew isn't iced coffee (??). She then asked me what I wanted again and we proceeded to debate if cold brew was iced coffee for a few moments until I said "cold brew drink please". Next, she was visibly annoyed when I tried to order two different food items that were out of stock. I don't mind things being out of stock—it happens—but she made me feel like I was a nuisance for having asked. The other 3-4 workers seemed cheerful and nice so I don't know what was going on with this woman. I imagine that something else in her life made her act out toward me. Regardless, it was an unpleasant experience for me as a customer and very out of the ordinary for a Starbucks, where employees tend to be...

Decent location with surprisingly much shorter lines than the one down towards Church. They had decent selection. There were a few little moments of confusion about orders. The seating areas aren't open crowded and if you need a place to sit for hang out you might actually get it. There's free wifi from google. There's no bathroom. But going here reminded why I haven't been to Starbucks in years--the coffee is simply not good. My aeropressed coffee is world better, and even the k cups at work beat it. Why is it so sweet? I ordered a plain latte, it wasn't supposed to be sweet. Anyway, I wanted to give them another shot, but I need to remember to get anything other than coffee. Their little donut hole bagels are...

The workers in at this location make pretty good coffee but my only issue is the scheduling is ALL OVER THE PLACE! There are days when they do not open until 7:00am or even 7:15am (They are supposed to open at 6:30am) and they sometimes close as early as 3 or 4pm (I think they are supposed to close at 6pm). Oh and they are ALMOST NEVER OPEN on Sundays. Count your blessings if you see them open on a Sunday. The staff seems very nice (except for one guy he kind of has an attitude every once in a while. It is hit or miss with him) and they one of the best playlist out of any starbucks.
