I went into this boutique about two weeks ago and I was helped by this wonderful amazing lady named Iesha. When I tell you Iesha curated a wonderful experience for my guest and I. It was amazing, she made me feel very special, payed very close attention to every detail and made me like a beautiful bride. I was so thrilled and excited to come back for a second time and try the dress on and show my mother. My second appointment was very different than my first. I was disheartened to hear that Iesha no longer works with the company. I told that representative that I had previously worked with Iesha and that we had already selected a dress and that everything was on file.The representative told me that there was no such thing. I was very surprised because i was a retuning client, with a scheduled appointment. I showed her a picture of the dress and also told her the make and model of the dress. I told her that this would be my second dress for my reception and I just wanted to show my mother the dress. I was previously told by Iesha that I would get a 20% off the dress for the Mo nth of May because they were having a sale. Today when I went I was told for them to honor the 20% I would have to write a positive review. At the end of the transaction the representative had the audacity to ask me for a tip. I’m sorry but that was ridiculous. In all honesty, all that representative did was pull a dress off a rack that I had already picked out and was helped by Iesha. I knew what I was coming to do, you did no extra. I was truly lucky enough to find Iesha. I am happy that my first interaction was with Iesha and not the person who helped me today. For future reference, the new members and owners of this establishment need to take a page from Iesha book and making everyone feel special and really listening to their brides who are picking out dresses. It felt like fate—my friend happened to pass by the shop late one night when the team was still there after closing. That very same night, she texted me, and we booked an appointment right away. From the start, Egypt and Kayden were fantastic! Egypt personally called to confirm my appointment, making sure we could take the last slot and keeping the shop open just for us.

It was the most fun appointment! Egypt, our consultant, gave us complete freedom to browse, pick, and pull dresses, and she totally matched my group's energy. We had music, we had cheese—it was an absolute blast! We tried on all the veils with different flowers, making the experience even more magical. Kayden was right there to bring more options and offer her excellent input.

I can't sing their praises enough for being so flexible and accommodating. With my wedding date right around the corner, Egypt completely understood the assignment. Since I didn’t have time for a full shipping period, she helped us find the perfect options with what was available. Tag-teamed with Kayden ensuring we got the best price and could connect with their preferred tailor to keep me on track. Honestly, this experience exceeded all expectations and was far more enjoyable than any other bridal shop I've been to! Not to mention, the prices were excellent, the selection was broad, the pressure was low, and the vibe was high - I would most certainly recommend this shop to any bride...

I had such a wonderful experience working with Kayla and everyone at Vivienne. I felt like they let my family be included and heard what I had to say. Their selection of dresses was wonderful and because they work with smaller designers what they have to offer is unique and beautiful. I never felt rushed or pressured. I found the dress and instead of needing everything changed in alterations they were able to talk directly to the designer and have those changed made by the person who makes the dress. Up to this point I had tried on dresses at a few places, and I felt rushed, pressured, didn’t or couldn’t help me get what I really wanted, and like they didn’t include my family in the process much at all. I found the dress, but my nerves and a small addition of color I wanted caused me to feel anxious. The manager was so beyond sweet she told me it wasn’t a problem, and I could come back anytime if I wanted. I ended up coming back the next day with an additional fabric I wanted to try under the dress layer and not only did she let me do that, but she helped clip everything in. She let me dance around and talk things over with my family and MOH. This was far and away the best experience, and of course I was able to find such a special dress that fit me and my personality.
