Subway — Restaurant in New York

I liked subway, but today’s experience in Subway Roosevelt Island was not pleasant. I ordered foot long and I wanted half chicken and half steak. The employee wanted to charge me double and I asked why do I have to pay double if I’m only getting half sandwich chicken and the other half steak, his explanation was that I’m taking double meat orders. It is not double if I’m only want half of one meat and the other half of the other meat. If that is the Subway policy than I really don’t want to be customer. Even when you order pizza you can order half ham and half pepperoni and you don’t pay for two orders of meat, but for one. Why would he want me to pay for two half sandwiches if I’m getting only one foot long sandwich? Anyway, thanks but no...

Absolutely rude employees. I quite honestly don't know how this Subway gets away with having such aggressive employees. I come in to pick up my online order, and I tell him that he gave me the wrong cookies. He gets extremely angry AT ME for him having messed up my order, and tells me that I should not have come in until he was completely done and blamed me for putting pressure on him (I did not say a word to him except my name when I was picking up). Then he forgot to toast one of the two sandwiches, and used the wrong bread on the other. Do not come here--rude employees that are simply not worth the time and effort...

Man, I love Subway but I hate Subway in Roosevelt Island. I regret for ever coming to this specific location. I actually read all previous reviews and no wonder why this place sucks! The black guy working there ruined my mood and day because of his awfully bad customer service! So arrogant, so unprofessional, so impolite, so disrespectful.
