I liked subway, but today’s experience in Subway Roosevelt Island was not pleasant. I ordered foot long and I wanted half chicken and half steak. The employee wanted to charge me double and I asked why do I have to pay double if I’m only getting half sandwich chicken and the other half steak, his explanation was that I’m taking double meat orders. It is not double if I’m only want half of one meat and the other half of the other meat. If that is the Subway policy than I really don’t want to be customer. Even when you order pizza you can order half ham and half pepperoni and you don’t pay for two orders of meat, but for one. I come in to pick up my online order, and I tell him that he gave me the wrong cookies. He gets extremely angry AT ME for him having messed up my order, and tells me that I should not have come in until he was completely done and blamed me for putting pressure on him (I did not say a word to him except my name when I was picking up).
