(((BE CAREFUL WITH THE FOOD AT THIS PLACE)))
I was struck by how cozy the place was to have a coffee, so I decided to go in, I ordered a cappuccino, and I ordered waffles with ice cream that were on the menu, they told me they didn't have any, so I chose a dessert from the fridge, the girl at the front told me that in the end they did have waffles with ice cream and she asked me if I was still interested, to which I said yes, and they were charging for the waffles with fruit and separate ice cream when the menu said it was included, the manager said that I wouldn't miss the extra (but it was included in the menu and the waffles weren't more than 12 dollars) I waited a few minutes standing until I asked if I could sit down, I sat outside and my waffles took almost 20 minutes, then they finally brought me the waffles, they had raspberry, chopped banana and orange slices, in the end I only ate less than half, it had a super weird taste that ended up giving me a stomach ache and making me throw up...

I walked in for a cold brew coffee and they tried to charge me $1 more than the sign says (an easily-changed, B&W menu printed off a normal printer and resting on the counter) because the âprices have changed.â When I inquired why the sign was still up, he said he didnât know but this is the price the computer is saying. I let him know thatâs not how it works - you change the sign/menu first, THEN you can charge the new prices. He wouldnât budge so I let the cold brew go to waste and walked out after I insisted he move the sign off the counter. The next morning I walked by and the sign was back up. So, no fault to the quality of the coffee, but simply a shady way of doing business. And instead of simply doing the right thing and honoring the posted price, they were willing to lose a customer AND the cold brew, which had already been poured from the tap. Interesting...
Read moreI love the coffee here. The quality of the coffee had never disappointed. However they do charge for regular milk for a regular latte? Why would you charge REGULAR milk? I seen cafes in times square that don't do this and that's just some insanity right there. On top of that the manager even wants to charge you 50¢ just for a little splash of milk on a regular coffee???? What is that? However you can't go wrong with their cream cheese bagels, they do not disappoint with that with the amount they put. It's perfect. So in all, just fix the dumb charge for...
