I went there a couple times a few weeks ago and the place is pretty decently decorated. I loved the atmosphere but it’s a shame that the shop is so small. There are two cashier areas, one for boba and one for the bakery goods which was sort of strange to me but it’s really efficient. The first time I got Strawberry four seasons milk tea and it was sort of expensive ($7-8) but I think it was worth the price because the strawberry pieces were so good! It was my first time having toppings in boba (other than red bean) and it tasted awesome! {try not to drink all the strawberry jam parts at once cuz it sort of ruins the experience}. My friend also got boba there but said that her boba wasn’t really good and that she could get her moneys worth somewhere else tho. The bakery food is top notch! It’s cheap and has rather large portions and it’s DELICIOUS! (The mochi there is like rather expensive for its size so I never bought it). Once, I lost my lunch money and only had three dollars, the cashier(a really nice and welcoming Asian mother) noticed me and asked me what was wrong, she made me and my friend feel very comfortable and welcomed there(she was chatty in a good way) and after I told her my problem, she recommended something to me and said that this time she would give me a small discount so I can afford it (got the egg scallion roll). She was just so sweet and even refused my tip and just said come back next time and spend it on something else! I’m definitely going to come back whenever I’m...
Read moreI love the options we had. The menu looked really unique. The drinks look good but when we got it we did not like both of our drinks. There's seating options with no tables so it's more of a social place. There's snack and dessert options which looked good but we did not get to try. I loved how we got free candy for Halloween. I loved the decorations and the space was very causal and open.
Ice cream four season tasted like sweetened milk... there's not much flavor to it and it was lack luster. We did not enjoy it. I ordered the apple black tea but wished to trade crystal boba with regular tapioca pearls which they charged me 75 cent extra. On top of that they forgot my toppings all together. Later I asked them to add it since we paid for it which they did very kindly but on the menu it stated it should have came with 2 toppings in the drink which is why I'm confused I had to pay for the regular pearls... the drink was good over all. Tasted like apple cider with boba in it and boba was made nicely and cooked perfectly. Definatly...
Read moreIf you'd like words in the english language to be pretentiously redefined without your knowledge, and to be told thats just the way it is like by the staff dictator style, then look no further as I ordered an Oats Latte, explicitly saying hot Oats Latte, but was surprised with oatmeal with cold milk in a cup at 4PM for $5.50... I wasn't trying to order breakfast in a plastic cup in the afternoon.
I confronted the staff that took the order about how theres no coffee in this, she nonchalantly shrugged it off and said thats just how the latte is here, I said ok, but your latte's are cold? She said yes as if I was the one thats confused, because I was suppose to understand their omission of the word "ice" before the word latte.
No miss, that is an ice latte, latte on the other hand needs steamed milk.
