To the person Sandra C. who wrote the review on Xenos today 5/6/25 I am sorry that you feel this way and have such a visceral and negative opinion, because i love all the pizza products they make and they use some of the best ingredients. I always found the staff to be polite, serviceable and have provide good customer service on the many occasions I have eaten there. I’ve often picked up my pizzas at the counter when they have called it ready. I would never expect it to be delivered to my table, but if they did I would find it appreciative but necessary nor expected in a small pizza counter small place like this since it is not a fine dinning restaurant. It’s good to give constructively critique an establishment for their service, quality of food and ambiance but to talk disparagingly about a persons age and more shows more about your character. Sometimes people who go to the extraordinary lengths to cruelly state hurtful expressive things are often those who show an unhinged trait that is never satisfied by much because of their personal misery. It’s more revealing on you that you stated your dissatisfaction of this place before yet you continued to go back. I think any normal person who felt this way would have gone elsewhere for service and quality of food that suited them better than repeatedly going back. Read moreBEWARE!! The cashier (with glasses) is a middle aged, angry, confrontational man who lacks hospitality & decency!! I am writing another review to follow up on my most recent (posted today) to let everyone know that the cashier read my review while I was still in the pizzeria & decided it was appropriate to approach me aggressively about it. He came up to my table while the pizzeria was busy with customers & slammed his hands on the unoccupied chair in front of me & shouted "Don't come back if you think the food is so bad!" -- To which I replied, "I won't be back because of your terrible customer service. The food being mediocre is just an addition." -- He replied with, "That review was ridiculous. Don't come back". -- I said, "Believe me, I won't!" -- But, the fact that this guy is so unwell to be comfortable enough to approach a customer who paid but had a disheartening experience and decided to voice their opinion on the proper outlets is insane to me. The owner of Xeno's should really consider hiring someone else who has been trained thoroughly in how to provide good Customer Service. When I told the cashier (middle aged man with glasses) that I was planning to dine in, he said ok, then forgot immediately and asked again. To which I replied, “dining in”. Typically when you dine in anywhere, someone brings your order to your table. Not here at Xeno’s! Chivalry and good customer service is dead. The cashier stood at the register waving my plate of pizza at me signaling for me to get up from the seat that was literally 3 steps away from him. Honestly, he is always rude & has an attitude so I typically avoid Xeno’s entirely because of him and the mediocre pizza. But this interaction has officially put the stamp on it that I will not be returning.
