I have been a lover of the Olive Garden brand forever. The food is always consistent and the environment is always vibrant and inviting. I was in the mood for Italian for my Birthday Dinner and of course I chose Olive Garden. Wanting to try a new location, my friends and I ended up in Newnan as we discovered this location on a recent visit to the movie theater across the parking lot. Upon walking in, the host area was very vibrant and filled with smiling faces. I provided the number in my party and we were able to be seated immediately. One thing that caught me off guard, as the hostess was walking us to the table, she asked “how was your day today?” Oh my! Talk about customer focus. Usually, the walk from the host stand to the table is quiet as it’s swift, however, the young lady who sat us took the time to engage and set the time for the evening. Upon seating us she departed with a “have a great rest of your day and enjoy your meal!” Wow! At a time where most brands are losing focus on the customer, it was refreshing to have such a warm and organic experience. While at the table we decided to start our order using the Ziosk at the table. Not only was it super easy but it allowed for us to be able to order our drinks as soon as we were ready. A few moments after being seated we were greeted by our waitress Liz. Liz arrived already smiling and continued the warm interaction that was started by the hostess. Liz was very knowledgeable about the menu and was open to making suggestions. What I loved about Liz is that she was engaging during our entire visit. She was never gone for too long, nor was she coming around too often. Liz was spot on with her check-ins and allowed for our drinks to never go empty and the table not want for anything. Yet another example of stellar customer service. At the conclusion of the night, we used the Ziosk again to pay our bill. I love the balance between person to person interaction and the use of electronics. Overall, this was an amazing experience. I will be back at this location as the interactions presented have set the bar for service. Thank you Team Olive Garden and a Special Thank You to Liz! You made my Birthday Dinner even better. -D. K.

My 16 year old daughter and I decided to spend her last summer vacation dinner with dad here at Olive Garden. All was great until bread sticks came out. They were old and cold. We thought nothing of it since we asked for additional hot breadsticks. Waitress then brought us our soups with new breadsticks. This time bread sticks were amazing as of all Olive Garden's and as my daughter stuck here spoon in here mouth she notice her soup was room temp cold. Very disturbing as temperatures between 41 and 135 degrees Fahrenheit represent this danger zone. Food should be served hot so all bacteria stays away. After this incident we flagged down the waitress since she never came around. We told her and she said "we would need to make a new pot since were all out of soup but your food will be out so no need for additional soup." At that point i was very upset of the service but still bit my lip and said nothing. 20 mins pass and still no more soup for me as that was my meal. Then waitress past by at the end as we were paying and said on I took the soup off the bill. Well little did she know soup is free with the meal. So what I go was a bill showing a $0 take off for soup. This place is a joke and manager was nowhere to be found that night. Biggest downer of the whole night is daughter and I walked out of Olive Garden with a frown as this was how they decided to end our daddy daughter summer. She lives in Cali and is finishing her senor year out as I work here and don't get to see her much. PS I did still manage to give her a small tip since.

Dissappointing....our meals were dissappointing, the service was dissappointing, the cost was dissappointing and the atmosphere was dissappointing. First time back at Olive garden in many years, first time for my husband....waiter didn't explain salad is all you can eat, even after asking. I googled it to see if it was still offered. Had to ask other waiters for service twice. Food took 20 minutes to arrive when waiter explained the reason was because they ran out of angel hair pasta and had to cook spaghetti. She asked if spaghetti was ok or I could order something else. NO THAT WASN'T OK! Im not a pasta fan and always get the thin angel hair. So after waiting 20 minutes to be asked and my husband receiving his, my option was to wait on something else to be prepared while my husband sat with his. Very dissappointing! The food was just plain and lacked flavoring, even with trying to help it with the Parmesan cheese. As we ate, we had to listen to a very fussy outspoken lady behind us who seemed to express her life's issues with her husband nonstop. I don't believe anyone could eat and talk non-stop. The closeness of the tables in this case made it a dissappointing seating arrangement. Then it ended with a $50 check. Dissappointing after comparing $50 to somewhere else.

Today is October 5th. Me and my party of 3 went into the Olive Garden. The hostess was very polite and nice. It didn’t take us long to be seated. Maybe five minutes and we were at our table. It took the waitress 7 minutes to acknowledge that we were at the table. When she came back it was 3 minutes later. We already knew what we wanted so we placed our order and waited. The other 2 people in the party got up to go to the restroom and was gone for about 6 minutes. When they came back and sat down there was still no drinks or salad or bread sticks at the table. I waited for another 10 minutes before I got up from the table to find the waitress. I did not find her. I walked to the front of the restaurant and found the young man with the tablet in his hand and asked about our drinks. At this time I also changed an item on my plate to a different item. After I sat back down 3 minutes later that was when the drinks salad and bread sticks were brought to the table. The waitress didn’t ask if we wanted cheese on our salad. When another waiter walked by we asked him for some cheese for our salad. A different waitress ended up bringing us some cheese for the salad. The waiter that we asked for the cheese ended up coming back to the table to apologize about not bringing the cheese to the table. We told him it was ok we already received some. We proceeded to eat the salad and breadsticks as we were finishing the salad our food was brought to the table. I had to ask for a steak knife and there was not any pasta spoons on any of the plates. It felt like I had to beg for things that should have been offered as a paying customer. The other two people in the party had hot food but my plate was cold. I could not figure out as to how my food was cold and theirs was hot. I had to send my food back. It took 30 minutes for my plate to come back. When food came back I had burnt pasta on my plate. By this time the other two people in the party was finished with their food, so I took mine to go. I was dissatisfied with the food and service. In total we spent two and a half hours in...

This wasn’t my first time here and usually the service is good and the food is great. On 7/21 my family and I went around 630. The host sat my husband, myself, and my 3 yr old at a booth by the bar, which was fine. Our server, she was so unhappy. Never smiled and was so rude when I was asking questions. I asked about the broccoli on the kids meal if it was seasoned, she rolled her eyes and with a stern look and voice said yes and repeated like I was supposed to know. I explained I am only asking because last time it wasn’t, she ignored me. We ordered our drinks, which took 15min to get to us. Then we ordered our appetizer and meals. The appetizer came cold, literally I can put my hand directly on the calamari. We waited a few more minutes and told her in the midst of us telling her she grabbed the plate and left. My husbands salad came but my soup didn’t she said they are making a new pot. Ok, that’s good. Then the manager bought us the new calamari and it was hot and good. Now 45 minutes passed no server and no food. My daughter wanted more sprite my husband got up and told the rude bartender, which we had him as a server before and he is sarcastic and rude that’s why we stopped going there. He said to my husband “what you want.” My husband started to get pissed. During all this a booth behind us sat and in front of us. As I said 45 minutes later the waitress bought our food along with the other 2 tables. She served them first and finally us. My husband had shrimp alfredo and when I tell you it was freezing cold! The pasta was like if they took it out the fridge. We told her and she said sorry we ran out of Alfredo sauce because I was waiting for a side of the sauce for my daughters food which was also DRY! That was it my husband had it and asked to speak to the manager. He comes offer apologies and said they ran out of sauce and broccoli wth! He said we could eat our food and not charge us, we asked would you eat frozen dry food? And we left. This was us trying to come back to this location but never again. I will be sharing...
