Office Depot — Local services in Newnan

This does not relate to the Newnan store staff is awesome. I ordered a Dell laptop online with no problem money taken off the card and everything. I get a call from office depot customer service stating my card was not approved by my bank. The lady tells me the bank denied my card. I tell the lady that my card was prepaid and I put money on the card. I told the lady the money was already deducted from my account and I was not giving them another card to me the same transaction twice. She countinued to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor she proceeded to tell me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing she said. I told her I didn't care I wanted to speak to them any ways. While on hold for 10 minutes I call the card I used and the lady told me the amount from office depot was pending and it was taken off the card. The supervioser finally gets on the phone and tells me that they never took out any money and that my computer I order was out of stock. Really!! So I was allowed to order a computer that was out of stock and did not state it on the screen when I ordered. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I called as requested and was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out, so I went in to ask what was going on. The person behind the printer counter told me that they didn't have anyone there to do the work that I had an appointment for. He was rude and told me that I was SOL. I went back out of the store and brought back in the appointment verification. They made me wait another 10 minutes while the man called the store manager who told him that I had missed the appointment, so too bad. After being told that I had been waiting for nearly a half an hour and showing up early for the appointment, the store manager said too bad, they didn't have anyone there to do the work. I understand that mix-ups happen, but being rude, totally unhelpful and just plain indifferent is not the way to handle it. Tried to order an item the website said was in stock at this Newnan location. The payment was taken off my card immediately before the item was picked. An hour later I get an email that they didn't have it and would not take my money off my card but the hold would come off in 5 days. Five days went by no refund I need to get the part for my computer. A week goes by and I call my card company and they attempt to process the refund within 48 hrs. No refund still 72 hrs later so I call my card company back to find Office Depot put a hold for the money on my card for a month plus one day for an item I didn't get that they claimed to have and then claimed they didn't have but would not take my money for and would reverse the hold for in 5 days!!
