Since I can't give 0 stars, I guess I'll give 1. I had one of the worst experiences here at this Dunkin'. And the person that caused it to be a bad experience may have been having a bad day, but when you work with the public, you should try to fake it through your shift. I've worked with the public, in customer service since I started working, and yes, there were many times when I had a bad day, but I faked it in front of customers. This particular morning when I went in, there were a few people waiting for mobile orders, 2 people in line, and drive-thru was moderately busy. Since I had a mobile order, I walked over to wait. The girl behind the counter asked if I had a mobile order, and after saying yes, and telling her my name, she rudely told me that they didn't have the chicken for my order, and asked what else I wanted. I wasn't sure, and needed to look over the menu. She rolled her eyes, and a few minutes later, again being rude, asked me if I decided on what I wanted. I gave her an answer, and at this point my husband had walked in because he wanted to know what was taking them so long to get our order. She finally put our coffees on the counter, but they were cold and only half full. I went to say something to my husband, was not talking to her, and she turned around to face us again, gets like not even 2 feet from us, almost in our faces, and was like, "What? I thought she said something." I told her I wasn't talking to her, and that's when my husband said we were leaving. And we left without our food. On the way out, she yelled to us that we better not come back. She had no right to tell us to not come back. I contacted corporate, told them what happened, a few days later the district manager contacted me, said she would make it right, that if I went to the store the day she was there, and even told me that she would let me know the day she was there, that she would issue a refund for the whole order. I was never contacted back, so I never received my refund. If I ever decide to go back to a Dunkin' it for sure will not be...

This location is so not busy that they have enough time to belittle a young woman because she wants to modify her coffee order. Two woman were working, an old raggedy woman and a young woman with ginormous red glasses who kept saying she couldnât concentrate because she was getting distracted by other orders. They apparently think itâs okay to talk to someone like complete garbage and scam them out of their money by charging them for sandwiches and not giving it to them and donât expect there to be repercussions. These two women were shocked when they were called out for their disgusting and rude behavior, and were spoken to they way the old woman spoke to the young woman who wanted to modify her drink. See itâs a classic F around and find out situation, you talk to someone like they are garbage and you steal from them then you get a very angry person who will stick up for them. This old raggedy woman wants to get mouthy with people and apparently has gotten away with it for a long time, but not today. When I went to defend the young lady, the old woman yelled at me⊠I mean really yelled at me. Then the young woman with the big glasses started yelling at me, and proceeded to yell âIâm not the one, Iâm not the one!â What is that supposed to mean? Youâre not the one to give the food you charged someone for? Youâre not the one to make the coffee the way the customer ordered it? Or yâall arenât the one to provide good customer service? Either way, this Dunkinâ Donuts isnât the one to get their act together since they opened almost a year ago. They are slow, rude, and confrontational over a coffee order.    Read moreThe first time I went here I ordered through the app. When I got to the store there was only one car in the drive thru. I walked in and the 2 workers looked at me and didn't say a word and went back to talking to each other. After a few minutes they asked me if I placed an order already and I said yes. At this point it had been 20 minutes since I ordered. The guy asked the girl did she make my order yet and she giggled and said she hadn't started it yet. The guy walked over in front of the bathrooms to put on headphones and be on his phone then he walked behibd the counter and made the coffee while making a phone call. At no time did he wash his hands or put on gloves. After 101more minutes my order was done and sat on the mobile order shelf directly in front of me. He never said a word I had to turn the cup to see if my name was on it. Then a few days later we gave them another try and they asked me 3 times what my mobile order was and took my pgone and walked away with it to see the order. The 3rd time we went by mistake as I selected this location theough the app. again they kept asking me what my order was, I asked him if they cannot see mobile orders from their side and he said yes they come through but it's gone. That makes me think they are clearing orders to keep the time down but without out actually making the orders. We waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. The franchisee needs to get inside the building and overhaul the entire operation or just shut down and learn how to run a business before...
