My partner and I came across this spot by random, and since have been returning back to it every time we're in Newport. It's not just the quality of the crepes themselves or the specialty drinks, its also the freshness of ingredients used in these items that really stands out to me. I've been a chef for over 10 years now and I notice quality when I see it and these people are nothing BUT quality. From fresh passion fruit or lychee in the actual drinks, to the goodness of their breakfast crepes and especially that mango crepe... i just had to leave a review (something I never do) because these people deserve it! I don't get a lot of chances to try new boba tea places but this one was by far the best boba tea I've ever had! The drink wasn't watered down, having a lil' thicker consistancy than water (very good), pearls were cooked to perfection, and the drinks are pretty big. Prices are reasonable and the crepes had that great crispness with each bite. Kind service, unique offerings, but veryyyyy strange boba tea. The only word we could come up with to describe the tea’s consistency was “slimey”. It was oddly thick in your mouth and we couldn’t figure out what was in it or what it was made out of. Additionally, the boba was overcooked.
