11 of us arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and were told it was a 45 minute wait. That was just about the only thing that they got correct all night. Out of 11 meals, there were issues with six of them. Batting .455 in the majors would definitely earn you All-Star status. In the restaurant industry, not so much. Let's start with the good. The crispy onion straw appetizer and the rolls were amazing. My father's bone-in ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare and he said the flavor and texture were both superb. My wife's everything salad was great as was my nephew's salad topped with chicken tenders. Now. Let's get to the bad and the ugly. I want to preface this with a statement that this totally was not our server's fault. By the time we ordered, the crowd had dwindled and the tables were certainly less than half full. Once our order was taken, we waited 40+ minutes for our food to arrive. And when it did, only 6 of the meals came. The rest of our party waited more than 10 minutes longer for theirs. That should be totally unacceptable in any establishment anywhere. Here is a list of issues we had with the actual food itself: 1. There were small pieces of bacon in a Caeser salad ordered by someone who does not eat red meat. 2. My hamburger which was ordered medium rare and came with a pink plastic arrow in it.... indicating that whoever made it KNEW how it was supposed to be made, was cooked way past well-done. And the food service fries had absolutely zero seasoning. 3. My son ordered the ribeye sandwich medium rare. Somehow, they managed to cook it past well done AND serve it cold! Quite the trick. 4. One member of our party never did get his parmesan peppercorn sauce that was supposed to come with his sandwich. 5. Another received a rotten sweet potato (which was replaced) 6. And lastly, one of our group who is not able to digest gluten (and is meticulous about ordering and communicating her needs), was served breaded chicken rather than the grilled that she had ordered. This too was replaced. I truly felt bad for our server who was trying hard, and was just as frustrated as we were. He did get the manager to remove one of our meals from the bill. Visiting Logan's on the first night of our vacation in MB has been a 30-year tradition. Not sure I can see that continuing.

The only thing I can say about our meal that was great is the soda and our waiter Joe. We had to send 2 of the 4 meals back and 1 of the sides to a third meal. The steak was overcooked, sweet potato was burnt and the wings were cold. They brought us out another sweet potato it was burnt as well. Teriyaki shrimp was overcooked and cold. Definitely not worth the the money. Most of the tables were empty when we walked in 2 hostesses (greeters) were sitting on the bench with their feet propped up and we when left the same 2 was sitting there. The Caesar salad had melted Parmesan cheese on it (gross)We eat out at least 4 days a week and this was TERRIBLE! I should add that we waited 10-15 minutes for the corrected steak entree to come out and the manager on duty walked over to the table and said I’ve given you a discount already on 2 meals I’ll go and grab you another potato. Excuse me sir you’re not giving me anything you’re attempting to correct a problem and failed. Totally unprofessional with a nasty attitude. There are so many other restaurants in the area I would suggest avoiding this location. We are locals in the Myrtle Beach area and I must say I definitely wouldn’t want tourist/ visitors to have this experience

12/10/21 Update: Well we gave it another take-out try, really could ya spare the fries. $22.00 per meal and basically got a half of a side combined in the 2 meals. I guess it's a good thing we rarely go here anymore. Sad, sad, sad.................. Been coming here for several years but new management and staff leave a lot to be desired worst Food we've had ever and unbelievably worst service we've ever had too busy outside smoking or chatting with the manager upfront ignoring his tables don't think will be returning anytime soon.

I can't believe this place changed so much in a month. We were just here in August and rated this place the best on the beach. I've always enjoyed this place as a go-to restaurant for North Myrtle Beach. I don't know if it was because it was a Monday night or what but this place went downhill fast in a month. Steaks are not as good as they used to be. My wife's brewski steak tasted like shoe leather. I ordered the teriyaki pineapple steak and it tasted like a salt box. They did something they're not supposed to do. Usually when you take some food back they cook a whole new steak. Instead, they changed a chicken that was teriyaki to mesquite and then change my my steak that wasn't teriyaki to teriyaki steak. I mean you could tell it was the same cut of meat that I had before. That is very unprofessional and unsanitary for a restaurant to do. I've had a sickness in my belly ever since. I guess it probably gave me some kind of food type poisoning because of it handling too much. My wife's onion brewski was not as good as it usually is. The steamed broccoli tasted like they just nuked it in the microwave. It did not have any steam quality whatsoever and was crunchy like salad bar broccoli. Bread was as usual the best in the business. We had an absent-minded waitress that was brand new. I believe she couldn't get herself out of a wet paper bag if she tried. I tried to explain everything to her and she would always do the exact opposite of what I ordered. I told her not to put the lemons in my glass and I wanted them on the side. She never did get that. I kept asking her for heavy ice in my glass and she never did get that either. I mean it was like she was trying but not trying hard enough. I hate this place that's changed but I can tell it's not as great as it used to be. I missed the old waiters that used to take care of me like Daniel, and the guy named Noah who always made sure my food was good. The manager tried to make it right but she took her slow time at doing it always giving excuses that the kitchen was overwhelmed. That's another thing you never do in the restaurant business. I would steer away from this place for a while till they get their crap together again. I would try Longhorn, Chuck's steakhouse and even Outback before I would come here again. I hate to say it but in a month this place went from best in the business to last in the business. I miss you Daniel ,and Noah, please tell me where you went. God is good all the time. Trust in the Lord and he will...

So yesterday my sister and I went out for just drinks and a little dinner. So our server her name was Samantha, so when Miss Samantha came to the table, I told her how I would like my food and everything so she would not have to keep going back-and-forth with my order. Crispy fries and hot ribs please and thank you is what I said to her so when the young lady brought my food out, the ribs were cold lukewarm. The fries were old fries that had been sitting in the basket in the back. So when Samantha came back a few minutes late. I was trying to explain to her that my food was cold and she was going back-and-forth with me telling me there’s no way I just saw them pull it off the grill whatever. So she kept cutting me off so I ask her if she was going to let me speak and even if you did just see them take the ribs off the grill I said that they were cold so she took them back because I told her I didn’t want it anymore. So we were just sitting in there she never come back to the table and a manager didn’t come over anything so I had asked the bartender to get the manager for me so that I can speak to him so he came over he took care of my sister and I and got us some hot food. So he drop the food off no one ever come Back to the table Samantha walk by like we were not even in the restaurant, and she never came back but she kept walking by our table because it was a table sitting behind us that was also hers so when we got ready to leave we had a flag the manager down yet again to get a ticket so that we could go so I asked him well did you tell her not to come back over to the table? I said he said he never told her not to come back over to the table so she just took it upon herself to ignore my sister and I for the rest of the time that we sat there, so to me, that was very unprofessional very rude and...
