Kizbee's Kitchen — Restaurant in Ocean City

We live in NH but travel to Ocean City every year for vacation. It’s iconic to get donuts from Browns, Ove’s or Bob’s, but one of our grandchildren is gluten free. His parents would bring him frozen treats to have while the rest of us ate hot donuts, but it just doesn’t compare!

Kisbee’s is a game changer! We brought our grandson to opening day and we told him he could get anything he wanted. He wanted a blueberry pop tart. We told him he could keep going and with eyes that got wider and wider, he got an orange cupcake, a piece of carrot cake, a blueberry scone, donuts, peanut butter cookies (complimentary for the first 20 people to arrive) and even a slice of strawberry bread . Kisbee has MADE his vacation and ours! It is amazing to have an ENTIRE bakery filled with amazing variety that is all gluten free! We’ve gone 3 times this week and each time we’ve been helped by the nicest and friendliest staff. Having sampled so many items, we recommend you try one...

As someone recently looking for GF foods this little piece of bakery heaven was a great find on our vacation. I was certain I would miss out on our usual pastry breakfasts but found Kizbees Kitchen online. I showed up and picked 3 to 4 treats for approximately 20$. Worth. Every. Penny. So delightful, you wouldn't know they were GF or vegan! Thanks for showing me there's some culinary delights on my new dietary restriction! The iced cinnamon buns are my favorite as well as the brownie topped with a cookie dough dipped in chocolate. Beautiful presentation, selection, and store. New gluten-free bakery right in the heart of Ocean City! (They do have a second location on the mainland that has been open for some time) We visited on their third day, and there was an amazing assortment of baked goods to choose from, all gluten free. The service was friendly and the space (formerly Groovy Smoothies) was decorated nicely. We tried a variety of items and all were outstanding: cinnamon sugar donut (best GF donut I've ever tried), two loaf cakes (sunrise and french toast), a blueberry cheesecake cupcake (amazing!), and a savory scone (cheddar bacon).
