Ocean's South End — Restaurant in Ocean City

This was by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with. It took about 20-30 minutes for anyone to even take our drink order or let alone come up to our table. The Waitress started handing out a whole pie for us and started passing it down and we realized quickly that is not what anyone ordered. She took the slices back and handed it to another table.. so not ok. Served my fiancé his pizza 30 minutes before any of our food came out so he was done eating by the time we even got our food. The pizza tasted like it was dried out and easily a day or two old. I am in costumer service and I would have rather been told up front they only had one chef so things are taking longer. Instead she talked back to us when we asked how much longer for our food after 45 minutes and proceeded to ask “ what would you like us to do, hire 5 more people? “ I couldn’t believe it. After we got our food it was wrong and she proceeded to tell me we read the menu wrong. I cannot express how this was the worst experience of my life. If they couldn’t handle a lot of costumers at once I’d rather have to wait a little longer and have quality service and warm food instead of crappy service and not even getting our...

The food tasted decent, serving was bad, texture was plain awful (greasy/watery sauce, overcooked pasta). I had a few pieces of spaghetti in my penne, "garlic knots" was just toasted bread (neither garlic, nor knots), mozzarella sticks were hollow and probably cooked in used oil.

The atmosphere was... inconsistent? Nothing horrible about it just many random pictures/objects that didn't fit together. Food was served in plastic plates.

Their prices are horrible - they ask 20-30 bucks for a plate of gooey pasta, when you ask for water they bring you a plastic bottle for 4 dollars, other drinks are served in pepsi paper cups. This alone made the food one-star, nevermind the quality of what you should be eating.

The only positive was the waitress - kind and quite helpful, she even offered a meal on the house after we told her that we were disapointed about our food.

Honestly, just don't eat here, I had to pay 34 dollars for a water and a bowl of pasta - was absolutely not worth it. The boardwalk has many cheaper and better places, go there.

Group was asked multiple times if we were attended to, but not attended to for almost 15 minutes within walking in. All of the groups food came out one by one, with most dishes being cold. My white pizza was extremely dry, and did not taste well. It was genuinely a pain to have to wait in this establishment. There was 4 times our waitress brought another tables food to us, and set it on our table only to be picked up seconds later when she finally realized it wasn’t ours. A member of our group ordered their signature pizza only to be told 15 minutes later they had none left. Honestly, it was unbelievable how bad everything was in the restaurant. I tried to leave early and pay and ended up just leaving money on the table because this place was not even remotely worth how expensive it was and I wanted to leave because it was a waste of...
