Historic Place — Restaurant in Ogden

I have never been to a bar where they overcharge you for drinks and steal a tip so I went to the bar and I guess because I'm not a regular I've had the same bartender a few times and I noticed he likes to overcharge for drinks I'm paying $10 or plus a drink and they're watered down with a cup full of ice no liquor and basically all juices so when I noticed this I'm not going to tip I usually tip this bartender even though he never deserves it but I didn't this time so I have a receipt showing that I spent $27.61 at the bar for three drinks okay fine this morning I wake up to a bank charge of 37.61 when I put no tip on the receipt so I want to know why this bartender thought it was okay to take $10 for himself this was on a Friday night a few days prior I went during the week earlier on in the day but five drinks and paid less with a lady as the bartender to me it's funny because all the times that I go to this bar it seems like the usuals or the regulars no matter how long you're waiting at the bar get served first okay cool but then to overcharge a non-regular when you're when I see you giving regulars free drinks and then to steal money for a tip when all you do is talk to the same girl while you're bartending or if a guy comes in and he's cute and you want to flirt then you're never at the bar I will never be going back to this bar because I refuse to be robbed by a bartender with a nasty attitude oh and if you don't realize it by the comment the bartender is Josh and Josh if you see this you should really stop cheating people just so that you can give your friends free drinks. I don't think I've ever seen the manager at the bar the three times that I've went but if the manager reads this I would like to be contacted because stealing money is not okay and no one wants to answer the bar phone so I can't call them and I am not going to go back up there unless I know I can speak with the manager this is absolutely shameful if you're in need of money that bad for a tip first earn your tip second don't steal it and if you're really in need of it just ask but for you to sit there and take it when I didn't leave it for you and then when my card was closed out and I have the receipt verifying what I spent and my bank charge shows $10...

2 stars because my service was soo terrible. I went in April 24/25th it was karaoke and the guy was super cool! He was sweet super interactive and all around a great karaoke guy. But the bartender was rude. She grabbed me and my friends IDs we ordered drinks she told us the total and we went and sat down when she handed our drinks to us I had the money ready (I know how crazy busy it can get I'm a bartender myself) when she grabs my money her attitude came out she says "just so you know you always need to tip your bartenders I know you guys are young and I'm not gonna make you do it tonight but you need to always tip them" I very kindly say "i know there is a tip in there for you" and she gets defensive and says "well I'm just letting you know you need too" I was so appalled by the way she was talking to me it makes me not want to go back. Again like I said I'm a bartender and I understand how it can get crazy busy or your short handed but I would NEVER tell someone they have to tip me. Completely...

Dangerous! I was basically TAKEN out of the bar by a woman and forced into her car then robbed by herself and her husband my engagement ring and about 100.00. The car was parked right in front of the bar door...People were so drunk in there they had no idea what was going on, obviously over served.... I will never ever be back.. Bar owner!!!.. Let your bartenders know it's illegal to over serve and it's their job to keep their patrons safe.... If the bartender can't control their patrons then they're in the wrong line of work... I was in the business for 20 years as a bartender,cocktail, and eventually a bar manager. I know the laws and your looking at hefty fines,possible fines and lawsuits and the rate...
