The custom candle making is an awesome idea and experience. I really enjoyed it my first time. You learn a lot and can be creative. They should add an option for you to pay extra $$ to be able to bring your own things that you want on your candle. I’m so glad the first lady let us add a few shells from our trip to Mexico to make it extra special but found out later on from a different employee that we shouldn’t have done that and it’s not encouraged. So I think they should add an option for you to pay extra if that’s the case, because I would like to add what I want on my OWN candle. Overall a good experience but customer service needs a little improving as they got super impatient with us this last time I went and there wasn’t very good communication for our expectations that they wanted from us as costumers to make it easier for them...

I love this wonderful local business! The store is clean and the customer service is excellent. They carry such darling gifts- for men, women and kids- of all ages! Their holiday decor is beautiful and so is the jewelry they carry.

I brought my daughter and her friend into make candles yesterday and the first employee, Alyvia, was great! She walked us through the process and then told us she was getting off work but Deanna (the owner) would continue helping us. Deanna was wonderful and so helpful, kind, happy and patient with my daughter and her friend.

I scheduled a candle making appointment for my wife. I was not able to make my original appointment due to being sick. They were very understanding and rescheduled it for the following weekend. I personally was not really looking forward to it but I was happy that my wife was excited about it. We went not knowing what to really expect. The staff member was very pleasant and explained everything clearly and set clear procedures and expectations. She was always attentive, even when things started picking up and she was by her self.
