GO TO A DIFFERENT DUNKIN!! My boyfriend went to this location today and ordered a mocha iced latte, a butter pecan iced latte, and 2 everything bagels with veggie cream cheese. They were very busy, with cars wrapped around the building. My boyfriend went to the window to pay for the order, and the drive-thru girl asked him to pull forward because they were waiting on the bagels. He pulled forward, and proceeded to sit and wait a full 8 minutes for the order. After 8 minutes, the order was brought outside and it was incorrect, they gave him a hot butter pecan latte instead of iced. He checked the bagels, they had regular cream cheese instead of veggie. He told the employee that the order was wrong, and that the latte was supposed to be iced and the bagels needed veggie cream cheese. The employee tells him “Well if you want what you ordered best I can tell you is to get back in line.” My boyfriend said “I really don’t think that’s fair considering you messed up my order. You mean to tell me that I sat here 8 minutes and you want me back in line?” The manager’s reply - “Have a nice day.” “HAVE A NICE DAY!?!?” Wow! My boyfriend was absolutely shocked and angry, he had every right to be. Instead of fixing the error and giving him what he paid for, the manager tells him to get back in line. Absolutely unacceptable and not how you run a business at all!! So now we are stuck with a coffee that I can’t drink, messed up bagels, and a bad taste in our mouths. We’ve never had good luck at this Dunkin with accuracy and consistency, and this was the final straw. We will be frequenting another Dunkin Donuts from now on, the store at the intersection of Pittsburgh and Shuffel has never messed up an order, and they have NEVER been rude to us either. The Whipple store has messed up our orders in person and on Doordash many times, and you can only be nice so many times before a business burns you for good. Take your business elsewhere, this store doesn’t want to keep you as a valued customer when they...
Read moreThe products us great but you know the saying about one bad apple.. Yeah, that overnight (female, lighter brown skin with glasses) worker.. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I’m confident she’s breaking policy and procedure by not accepting any sort of orders including mobile and drive-through at night because of whatever reason. She doesn’t even say hello or how are you ever. No attempts to build rapport or be an ounce of personable. She’ll say “I’m not taking orders right now” ans soon aa you pull up to the voice box, and in a funky tone at that. There won’t be a line in sight so I’m not understanding what she constantly seems overstimulated. She’ll hand your change & order, and won’t even try to smooth her offputting first impression over with a “have a good day” or “enjoy”… It’s like she just wants you to take your shit and go. And I’m not understanding, because when I pulled up to the window, she’ll be sitting in the office with the security cameras, which is directly across from the window. Like it’s bad I’m telling you. Doesn’t even say hello when you come to the window. Just not personable at all. I complained about her at other locations that I’ve driven out of my way to go to before going to work. I need a cup of coffee and I would like to go to the location closest to my job but to endure attitude like that when you’re headed into a job you already dislike.. I’ll save myself the trouble. I don’t need that energy...
Read moreThe place in the early morning and late at night always consists of the most disrespectful people. I came today and just asked for a 32 oz drink with no ice, which I get all of the time, just different flavors. The man that took my order, I forget his name but he was mixed, was the nicest person that has taken my order there, no problem with him, he probably deserves a raise or promotion because another random lady threw the window open to tell me I can’t make my drink with no ice unless it was half full. I just asked to throw a little extra flavor in it, extra shot, and the rest with milk so it tastes close to the same, something I have done many times without issue. The older lady was getting extremely mad because she thought I didn’t understand what I was asking for and told me that she would charge me extra. Keep in mind, this was a free beverage coupon from the app, which means I can get whatever drink I would like for free. After I told her that I used my free drink coupon and she made me look like I had no idea what a free drink meant. She did in fact keep her promise by giving me a drink in a Large cup that could have easily fit in a Medium because it was less than half full, and it didn’t even taste that good either. I don’t know why the older lady felt the need to yell at a 17 year old boy over ice so please choose a different dunkin or ask for the mixed man because this place is...
