I went to get ice cream around 9:45pm. The car in front of me scooted up and stopped to wait for more of their order. I got mine very quickly, the girl wasnāt particularly nice or rude, it seemed like she just wanted to get me out of there. Iām not from up here, Iām house sitting, so I scooter up behind the car to pull up the directions back because I didnāt think Iād be out of there that fast. I also hadnāt realized the car had stopped there until I was scooting up, thatās how quickly I got my order. After I pulled up the directions, I realized I didnāt have room to pull around the car to get out. I planned on waiting for them to move or waiting for the car behind me to pull out so I could reverse a bit and move around them too. While Iām waiting I have my windows down and the lady from the window yells at me very rudely, āexcuse me can you move!ā I said back that I had no room to move around. She responds saying, āthen reverse because they left you room!ā I said thank you and that I didnāt know they left me room. I couldnāt see from their blinding Jeep lights or else I would have reversed initially. It was a short and quick interaction, but that doesnāt take away from the fact that it was very unnecessary and very rude. It couldāve been handled a lot nicer and a lot calmer. Even if you are unhappy you can still be nice through your actions and your words. It was very disappointing and I hope things are done to further prevent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince the weather's been so bad I'm in the Drive-Thru the product is great however I would appreciate it if they had on gloves and I would also appreciate a larger cone holder rapper because sometimes a hand touches the comb I'm not germophobic but my husband had covid, pneumonia followed by tuberculosis... there are things that can be passed through touch, you bought a cone obviously you're going to eat the ice cream and then the cone right.. so the there needs to be a cover that covers the whole cone, the server should have on gloves , that would help all of us.. I always ask that they cover the cone I think some things now we're living in a new age and we have to look at things differently we cannot keep our head in the sand and pretend it doesn't matter if someone's hair is down their back and they're serving up a dish or if their hand might accidentally touch their ice cream cone that you're going to put in your mouth or your child's and they could have a plethora of things that they just picked up from the last 42 people that came through the drive-thru in their shift common sense we shouldn't have to ask FDA needs to be looking a little bit differently at things but that's another story I still like Brahms they just should make changes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Braums, but the service has been way too inconsistent as of lately. A few months ago I asked for Braums sauce at the drive-thru, but the lady tells me I can just ask at the pickup window instead of ordering at the speaker⦠Alright, so about a week ago, I asked for it along with ketchup at the pickup window. The employee handling my food says, āBraums sauce is 50 cents extra.ā I respond with, āOkay, well I didnāt know that.ā I could tell the employee felt bad since she gave me two sauces (for free). Now, after having ordered dinner just a few minutes ago and explicitly asking for 4 Braums sauces at the speaker (1 w/ the meal + 3 extra), Iāve received none of them⦠First of all, whatās with the contradictory statements from your staff? Either charge me for sauce or hand them out for free, I really donāt care. Only giving 1 star because this has happened the past few times. Obviously, I will make sure to double check the bag before I leave from now on, but you guys should also give people what they order and not tell them two different things to ultimately leave them...
