I attempted to come to the store approximately a year ago and had a horrible experience. It was shut down for a remodel and recently reopened and I decided I would give it a chance. Now everything is in a weird place and it’s all a little disorganized compared to the other cases. Perfectly OK due to a remodel. You have no less than seven employees on staff right now. When I couldn’t find a Casey’s item I asked an employee who refused to help. She gave me a general direction but nobody would actually show me where the item was. The woman in a gray hoodie bleach blonde hair in a ponytail was the person who was rude to me last year when I refuse to come back ever again. Here she is still being a disgusting human. If a customer asks you where something is and you are literally standing within 2 feet of them without a mask or any kind of concern maybe you could get up and actually help? I’m not just leaving this review, I will be making a phone call to corporate offices considering this seems to be a managerial problem and a culture problem. Everything about this visit was unacceptable with the exception of the larger black woman who had left previously who was sitting in a car. She saw I was upset and she asked if I was OK, that was the only person who treated me like a human during this visit.
I have a bad feeling the woman in the gray hoodie has a leader ship position within the store and I’m telling you right now that is a huge mistake. The whole time I was in there searching for the item that I wanted to spend my money on all she did was gossip and talk about everything other than getting her new store in order. Look at the camera you’ll see her leaned over the counter just talking nonstop. Not helping. No amount of remodeling will make up for a bad culture and horrible training and that is exactly what is happening in the...

After enjoying a great experience at the Casey's location on 600 S. MacArthur Blvd., I was shocked by the subpar service I received at this station. I desperately needed gasoline, windshield cleaning, and a Pepsi from the soda fountain, but found no squeegees or soapy water at the pumps and overflowing trash cans.
Inside, the disappointment continued with all fountain drinks and frozen drinks unavailable. However, Carlos's friendly service was a redeeming factor, and I appreciated his hospitality while purchasing a scratch-off ticket and $19 worth of gas.
Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities like windshield cleaning and functional drinks outweighed Carlos's hospitality. I don't recommend this Casey's location.

Read moreI have mentioned this to 3 different employees now one being a claimed manager, so no excuse they are fully aware of it, these drinks along with other snack items i regularly buy have been expired for over 6 months at this store, I can only buy one thing from this store(monsters energy) safely knowing it's fresh cause they are almost always out of them, the shelves for monsters are bare every other time going into store, Ive given them plenty of chances since this is a convient location for me but this store is too bad off to return to, just sad cause I really like Casey's stores this is just a poor representation of this company
ps this store asked me to msg them privately and when I did they did nothing but said thanks for the feedback/ there is about 12 more reviews after mine still complaining so its obviously something this store or company doesn't mind and is ok with operating at such...
