I cannot say how much I loved this place and the people who run it especially Sherry. Our experience here at Homewood Suites was amazing!! We travelled to Oklahoma City for our daughters 5th birthday from the DFW metroplex. From the moment we walked in we felt important and like we belonged there. The staff wished my daughter a happy birthday and even had a gift for her upon check-in! Anything and everything we could have possibly needed, they provided or found where we could get exactly what we wanted. When it was time for the party at nearby Brickopolis, we couldn't find our tissue paper and my husband left our gift downstairs to search for some in our bags upstairs. We realized we didn't have any and went downstairs to find a beautiful wrapped gift with tissue paper. ❤ Thank you Sherry!! The time and effort the staff went to make the customer happy was mind blowing. We will definitely stay here again. We also had a private tea party in the breakfast area. The valet were polite and always welcoming. They work hard so tip them good. This place has spacious clean rooms, (we had several since a few family members made the trip to OKC) , delicious breakfast in a nice breakfast area, a game room with pool table and Xbox, business center, pool, and gym. I included a panoramic photo of our room and our tea party.

Pretty good Hotel. Everything was clean and as expected. My biggest gripe is with basic infrastructure in the area. The only electric car charging in the entire area was down at the Amtrak station, which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and there are only 2 available spots. The Hotel did not offer any charging options, which is not good given it's 2020. The entire city of OKC is really behind on charging infrastructure. ChargePoint only has 35 public charger in the entire city, which is crazy at this point. For reference my office building in KC has 44 chargers available, so my 1 building has more chargers than the entire OKC. All hotels should have at least a few simple outlet available for use at a minimum, better to just have NEMA 14-50 outlets available too if they don't want to invest in the chargers themselves so people can BYO-Charger. Come on, OKC and Hilton; you're about 5 years behind everyone.

First I thought this place was great. Then on day 10 come back from dinner to find a used wash cloth with makeup all over it that was not mine on the sink and someone had been through my clothes. Got keys changed only to have three different sets not work and had to change rooms. Now on the first night in the new room, the toilet will not flush and they bring a plunger that folds every time I try to use it to fix their problem. Will not stay here EVER again. Also don’t expect USB ports to charge anything. Make sure you bring boxes to any cords or you are out of luck because this place is dated. They claim to clean rooms every other day but that didn’t happen either. When I talked with the housekeeping manager, he apologized and said he would let me know about someone being in my room and never heard anything back.

This is the review I initially left: My husband passed away in February. One thing we used to love doing was to periodically stay at the Homewood suites in bricktown just to get away and so the kids could swim. He would play with them in the pool and they would have a good old time. This was our fall break so I decided to take them and reminisce about all the times we used to go with dad. The pool was absolutely freezing! Additionally, the girl at the front desk did not care or do ANYTHING about it! She simply said, "Yeah, they don't heat the pool." My reaction was, of course, why would you advertise an indoor pool if people could not swim in it in cold weather?? That was 90% of the reason why we chose to stay there. I asked the girl who was on duty at the front desk if we could possibly use the Hampton inns pool since I know they are owned by Hilton also. She said, no, that pool was only for those guests! The next morning, I called the front desk and asked to have a manager call me. No one ever did. Later we tried to go back and swim again and it was even colder. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. This manager was very understanding and said she would have someone come look at it. A woman did come and look into the maintenance closet and she said that it was set on 80゚. I told her that was impossible because the pool was absolutely freezing and the thermostat must be broken. I asked if she could have maintenance look at it when they came back on Friday as it was after 5. This woman did give us one free night's day so we only had to pay for 1 night. I really appreciated that, But I would have much rather paid more for our stay and had a pool that my kids and I could have enjoyed! I chose this rating because of the lack of immediate response to our complaints about the pool. My kids did not get to have a fun swim which was what they had been looking forward to all week. Hilton left a response stating in part that they were sorry that my stay didn't live up to my "high" expectations. Apparently, expecting a hotel to follow through with what they advertise, i.e., an indoor pool that could actually be used, and expecting a return phone call from a manager when you ask for one are "high" expectations according to Hilton. After years of patronage, I won't trouble them with any more of my expectations but will take my family's...

I cannot possibly say enough bad things about this place. It was an absolute nightmare and the worst hotel I had ever visited.||We were unable to cancel 22 hours out, as we had an event in town but could no longer stay the night due to a family emergency. That's okay, as my stay was cancellable up to 24 hours. No big deal.... We'll just go stay for a couple of hours before the event... I've already paid $430 and can't get refunded, at least we'll have an hour's rest and a clean bathroom.||We arrive and the valet is backed up so badly we can't get off the street. No big deal, I'll just park. Not an option. They're valet only. 30 minutes later, we get our valet and make it into the lobby... Which is covered in plastic and all under construction. Unsightly, but not a huge deal.||We get checked in and have 2 rooms as there are 5 of us. We made the reservation months in advance for 2 adults with 3 children, but they couldn't even put us on the same floor. Again... No big deal.||Room 1 wasn't bad.... Except the door doesn't latch. We did not realize this until we left and came back to find we'd left all of our stuff wide open with an unlocked door.||Room 2... Literally blood all over the sheets. My kids were horrified. There's no excuse to put bloody sheets on a bed...||Moving on... We left our stuff in the rooms and went to our event. When we returned, it was 11pm and there were literally nude women outside of the hotel on the sidewalk. My children saw things they should have never seen... I don't know if it was some strange near-Halloween thing, of if it's common to have freak shows and naked people everywhere, but it was not enjoyable.||We went to our room, gathered our things, called for the valet, and went down to wait for our vehicle. 39 minutes waiting outside with all the naked people... I was advised that that type of wait is common there.||We travel quite often, and this was absolutely the worst Hilton experience...
