Very friendly hostess greeted us as we came in, explained our options and took us to our seats. Server seemed a little lost and overwhelmed. ( Though the restaurant itself was maybe at 25% capacity on a Tuesday Night 7/8/25.) Asked what we were ordering which was full experience. We checked out the cold salad and hot bar most everything was tasty, the stroganoff however was one of the best items over all which is sad when you think about it. We had our table indicator on Green and the gauchos continually passed right by us going to the couple of bigger tables and would come back empty. After about 15 min of being passed by I was able to get the attention of our server and explain that we hadn't been offered anything. He said he would let them know about 5-10 min later one of the guys from the grill came out and offered us some steak options which were ok, while he was out there another gaucho stood behind him and waited to offer us another item of steak paramagnon and was so salty you couldn't eat it.. shortly after that someone came by with some cheese bites with honey and then nothing again for another 10-15 minuets just passed us by and came back empty... finally was able to stop a server and explain we had little to nothing offered in quite a while would like to try the chicken, fish ect.. another 5 min past they brought out some chicken, lamb (was the best thing served at the table) and then a bit later brought out the fish... which turned out to be very tasty but only offered me 3 pieces... when I asked for more I was told she didn't believe they were cooking anymore got the same answer with the shrimp with still an hour before closing... disappointed to say the least over all and small portions when serving most will cut or serve till you say stop, I think they were more concerned with the bigger tables getting service than just a table for two. Setting with an empty glass our server finally came back and filled my water with warm water no ice.. again seemed lost or didn't really care. I went back to the bar to grab some fruit before we left and a gaucho said if you will wait a few more minuets we have fish cooking for you... last ditch effort I guess.. it was good but to little to late at this point. Waited for server to come back by with ticket never did.. we walked back up front and apparently the manager who was seated in the far corner watching us stand there eventually sent someone up who was very friendly and asked what we needed and I said to pay so we can leave... You have to do that with your server and I said if you can find him we will. He was cashing out other tickets and we were able to pay and leave. $50 a plate for each of us and then tip for the service and quality we experienced was not worth it at all... I have seen places have a bad night when busy and could over look a lot but if I were you I would try somewhere else first. If you do go may the odds be forever in your favor.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Read ALL the reviews you will see a common denominator, going back since they opened. I will most definitely never go there again. This is my honest review and I will break it down! 1- It took 20+ minutes (and even more for the people sitting next to me) to start bringing food to the table that is AFTER I talked with TWO managers. I was extremely nice and they were as well but I still was very frustrated. Even after that the manager had to come back few more times. I shouldn’t have to call up the manager for this type of requests. 2- The meat was COLD, DRY, QUALITY (horrible - Most of the meat, chewing gum is easier to swallow) and NO flavor. 3- The meat was WELL DONE. I asked for medium or medium well at least. NEVER happened! In fact, one of the servers said “this is an odd request” which blew my mind, how can a restaurant serve ONLY WELL DONE?**** (see photo)***** 4- Speaking of well done meats, I was told by multiple of the servers, including the manager that it will take longer for my food to come to the table in order to get me to the right temperature. So at this point I been there for at least 30+ minutes with little to no food! From my review above you can tell that this place is trying to be like Texas de Brazil and even as expensive but that is absolutely ridiculous for what this place has to offer. This one does not compare or even come close to Texas de Brazil or any other Brazilian Steakhouses that I have been at. I really hoped that this place will be good but it’s safe to say we will not be returning! At the end, I do want to acknowledge that most of the servers that came to us were nice and friendly but I will be shocked if this place last! Seriously, go somewhere else!

We dined with a party of 3 this past Saturday evening. The service was beyond abysmal. 30 minutes into our meal, we had each received 2 bites of food. Not 2 portions, but single fork sized bites. This was not isolated to our table, but the entire section of the restaurant. The servers would leave the kitchen, start with the tables by the kitchen, and run out of food before they reached the far side of the restaurant. After 45 minutes of waiting, we did start to receive slightly quicker service, but the portions were again 1 or 2 bites. We were told the lack of food was due to the kitchen running out of meat and several large parties seated by the kitchen. We asked if they could have some servers start at the far side of the restaurant for more even service, but that never seemed to happen. Overall, our entire party was very disappointed, and I see no reason to return when there's a competing restaurant that nearly swamps your table with meat when you are initially seated. Hopefully, the service improves in the future, as they are conveniently located in Bricktown. Picture attached of one of the portions, a single bite of food.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but it turned out to be the strangest "open buffet" experience I’ve ever had.

Let’s start with the positives. The staff was kind and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the dining experience itself was disappointing. First, be aware that there is no free parking; you’ll need to pay for it.

As for the food, the salad bar was very basic, nothing special. But the biggest issue was the buffet style. Unlike a traditional open buffet where you can pick whatever you want, here, you have to sit and wait for servers to bring skewers of random meat every 10-15 minutes. If you ask some, they’ll carve off a tiny piece, just like a Costco sample, and then disappear for another round of a different random meat. If you don’t like what’s offered, you just have to wait and hope the next one is better. In two hours, I was lucky to try around 10 small samples, and I only really enjoyed the flank steak and grilled pineapple. Unfortunately, each type of meat is only brought once, so if you liked something, you won’t see it again. To make things worse, many of the meats were too salty and below average in taste. Also, I just checked photos of other reviews, and even some types of meat were not offered to us at all.

This system is frustrating and doesn’t meet the basic expectations of an open buffet. Instead of making customers wait and ask (beg) for a small piece of random meat, they should have a self-serve station where people can get what they want.

Overall, while the staff was nice, the parking, food and service style left a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a proper buffet experience,...
