Fuel Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

For the record i've never written a review for a restaurant or bar until today. I am in Oklahoma City to honor a friend of mine who passed just recently. I'm a Scotch drinker I've never had Macallen 18 before. And I thought this would be a good time to have it to honor my friend. The highest I've ever seen it at a bar before was $75. Here it was $100 for a shot. I figured what the hell so I did it. I asked the barmaid after I had my drink since I just spent a $100 on a shot. Maybe I can get a shot on the house before I left and the answer was no. And then I received the bill and it was for a $139 because there was apparently some kind of liquor tax which was never mentioned to me prior. And when I got back to my hotel room I realized the shot was actually a $110, not a $100. So my experience here was not very good. Went there for the first time as part of a Halloween Bar crawl. Went to the bar which only had a couple of people, most of which had drinks already. I stood there in front of the bartender who glanced at me, and never acknowledged that a human being was standing in front of her. I waited a few minutes and went to the bartender on the side of the bar, same thing. However when she finished making her drink, she went to the front of the bar to have personal conversations with the other bartender who occasionally looked over at me sitting and waiting. After several minutes I left the bar entirely. If management is reading this, your bartenders are reducing your income. This is extremely poor customer service, you are losing repeat customers also. Great atmosphere. Live music was on point. Ordered a pizza. Sweet bartender told us we could have a half pepperoni half BBQ chicken. It came out all BBQ chicken with pepperoni in one side. When she took it back to the kitchen to have it corrected the little cook came out and had words with us. Literally was angry and said I am the cook and we don't do it like that here. Such an attitude and I will not be back. Really? You can't make a pizza with half pepperoni and cheese and the other half of barbecue chicken? This is a lazy cook who does not care about customer service.
