The new location is small but conveniently located. The patio is a friendly little space. The inside doesn't appear to have space for a large crowd. As at all locations, there are daily options by the slice. This always includes at least one vegetarian choice. If you want to design your own flavor pizza, expect to pay a rather high price. However, it will be a rather large pizza. I struggle to fathom paying 25$+ for one pizza. Maybe you're ok with that?... Two slices will run ya about 8$. Drinks come in a can- both soda and beer available. Free water cups and a spot to fill it with ice and chilled water! If you're a sauce dipper, 50¢ a serving. I recommend trying the pink sauce- which is essentially a slightly spicy ranch. Overall, not my favorite pizza. The crust has almost no flavor, can seem a bit too chewy, and flavor choices are often one option if you are not eating animal with your pizza. Im not a big fan of plain cheese pizza on flavorless crust. I will go back again, many times im sure. It is convenient, pretty quick, and doesn't require much thinking. Grab a slice and go if you're hungry and on the fly! Stay and have a slice and maybe a beer on the patio if you're in the mood to hang...
Read moreTonight I took my kids to eat pizza. We often eat at Empire and enjoy it, tonight however our experience was awful. We got there and ordered a salad and garlic knots. They brought them out and then I ordered another salad and a whole pizza. We never got our second salad so I checked and they threw away the ticket thinking we got it already, no apology they just took their time making one and brought it out. Then after 30 minutes I checked on our pizza and I was told it was next. Then the manager came to our table and said “so they combined two tickets and one half of your pizza is pepperoni not cheese” did not apologize just simply stated our pizza was wrong without offering to compensate anything. We all agreed we would make do since waiting another 30 minutes was not an option. Then someone brought out 4 cheese slices and was about to flop them on the table while we were still eating our first messed up pizza. Not one time did anyone apologize or try to correct the situation. Everyone acted as though it was our mistake in the first place. I got upset and the manager offered me a gift card, but in no way was going to give me credit for a pizza that was made wrong and took...
Read moreFirst of all the manger at this location is a joke. He didn't help us or communicate with us at all. we placed 2 seperate orders because we were oaying seperatly but the girl said we had to pay up front because the 2 orders together was over 20. the manager got on the phone took our order and said our order should take 10 min. so it should have been ready when we got there, but it wasn't in fact we waited another 15-20 min waiting on our food. the manager was very rude and not helpful. He was allowing his employees to eat with gloves on in front for all to see. they didn't even change the gloves just kept working. the waiter went to the bathroom in his apron as well. and the guy at the over cooking the pizza kept touching his hat with his gloves on and never changed them once while we were there. I absolutely love Empire. I think it's the best pizza in Oklahoma City. But I just found the worst Empire Location on north may we definitely will not be back to this location ever. this isn't the first time I've had trouble with this location bit it's...
