Dear HTeaO Team,

I’ve been a loyal customer and have always loved your Sweet Zero tea. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. I purchased a gallon of Sweet Zero recently, and it seemed watered down or lacked the usual amount of sweetener. Thankfully, Maddie, the manager, was kind enough to replace it, but I noticed that the new batch I picked up today still didn’t taste the same as usual. It seems like this batch may have been made differently, as the taste was off and not up to the quality I’ve come to expect.

I appreciate Maddie's prompt assistance, but I wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed. I look forward to returning to the high standard I’ve enjoyed from HTeaO...

Please don’t have a label on your displayed Teas the reads “Chug BEFORE” with a date and then you tell me the Tea is still good for another week after the date on the label and that she knows it’s confusing !!!!! I don’t know what is going on but what I do know is….TEA IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH! I have come to this locations lots of times since its opening and it seems the great customer service is slowly going out the door! Ugh I was rooting for this location but I guess I’ll go to another. I got an iced coffee and asked for light milk. The whole thing tasted like a glass of plain milk with ice. I had my husband try it and he said it was not coffee, it was milk. Even in the photos it looks like all milk, light coffee. You should have just asked me if I wanted some coffee with my milk. I just threw it away. He got a tea and it wasn't great. A very watered down, light tea flavor. I'd say this isn't really a place for people who like quality tea and coffee.
