The only way to leave a review is to give it a 1-5 ⭐ rating ...1 ⭐ is the worst and that is what this location is getting from me. Kind of a long review, but a must. My dear friend chose this location for her Birthday dinner which I was happy to attend. The number in attendance was 25. She tried to reserve the private room but apparently that was a no go. She kept the reservation for a party of 25 people and they seated us in the common area. Within a few minutes after the gathering begins a waitress came over and whispered something to the birthday girl and at that point she told us she would have to lower her voice when she was giving instructions for the paper and pen game,so that made her walk from one end of the table to the opposite end and repeat herself. After an hour we were all wondering when will the staff come and take our orders. When I tell you we only had two staff members taking our orders and it took them an hour at the minimum. When waiting forever to get our food half of us didn't get what we ordered, stuff was missing from our orders they put stuff on our plates that we didn't order. It was chaotic needless to say. We didn't even have time to eat the wonderful cupcakes a family member made for everyone. When we all decided it was time to just get our doggie bags and call it a night that's when things spawned out of control. We were all wondering where was our tickets. The two staff members were standing at the register scratching their heads along with other staff members trying to figure out who tickets belongs to who. This started approximately 8tish. It got so hectic we couldn't believe how irresponsible they handled just simply writing up tickets. The manager said he didn't know how to help the staff sort out the mess they created, this was beyond belief...What do you mean you don't know???? Y'all I was second to the last person they came to and asked me" Ma'am what did you have? I said where is my ticket? He said I'm sorry we have to print you a new ticket. At this point I'm just sitting there after an hour watching y'all screw up people's orders at the register and you still don't have my ticket printed. I repeated to him what I had.. paid for my meal, which was some Over Cooked chicken fried steak served with cold dry flavorless gravy. The party started promptly at 545 and I walked out the door at 930.... 2 out 4 hrs there was spent waiting on food and tickets. The birthday girl later text me and told me my meal was charged to someone else's ticket and to make sure my account was not over charged cause other accounts were over charged, so that explains why they asked me again what did I have because my meal was fraudulently charged to another accountSAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSEAND FOR GOD SAKES DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO HOST A DINNER FOR A PARTY. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO CHUCKY'S...

OMG...THIS place was SO FANTASTIC, as always, just PERFECT. From the time being greeted at the entryway through the experience to leave. The staff was personable and professional with a greeting and escort to seating. So nice & cheery. The waiter was bubbly, quick, prepared, and professional. Service was so great there was no need for anyone in my party to have to make any request. Waters stayed full, asked about wine refills, and kept aware of the whole process from order to appetizer to salad to meal. Ensured everything was made-to-order. The desert was delicious, and I'd recommend the carrot cake every day!!!!! The staff stays cheery as they say goodbye as you leave. I have never had a bad experience or moment at this establishment... Great job, team.

Update 7/3/2024. Sadly, took a bit of a hit! The entryway was as normal. Rudy, our waiter was so over-the-top prepared, professional, and I would put him up against any waitstaff I have had to date except one. This guy came back to our table with no notes and quoted ALL FIVE orders from the party. I can count on 1 hand the staff that even tried this, much less NAILED IT!!!!!!! My table NEVER saw the Manager. I would say that was because they were the biggest problem of the evening. I have eaten here multiple times and NEVER had a baked potato come out other than flawless, MUCH LESS COLD!!!??? I brought my family here for a celebratory evening after having raved, BUT my sister was given sub-par food... BELIEVE YOU ME, THAT is going to cost them as she loves to choke the life out of a place that let's her down. The kitchen must've thought the day before Independence Day was going to be SLOW. The management staff didn't let the cook prepare accordingly and even rushed the staff to just send it. I guess they didn't expect to be reviewed. Maybe the Manager JUST DIDN'T CARE. Well, his waitstaff was still on par, as always, super attentive, supportive, productive, and professional. After my sister made it known that her potato was not even hot, you would think we'd see the manager... NOPE!!!!! Then I get past that, request desert(s) [3], and we truly see just how out of sync the management is with reality, much less our table. The bread pudding they had my waiter bring to us looked like the edges were burnt!!!!! Yuck, BUT, Hang on you haven't heard the best part. The table shares the cheesecake, AND the Carrot Cake (That wasn't it's best) BUT THE ICE CREAM on the bread pudding NEVER EVEN MELTED!!!!!!!!!! SO... I couldn't let my waiter down but would have loved to see what the manager had to say.

Hmm where do I even begin just the whole experience was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a steakhouse. So I'll start from the beginning first off me and my girls come in and we get told there's a 15 minute wait, that's fine not an issue there ok about 10 minutes go by some more people walk in and a lovely couple behind them and she brings to our attention that people were being seated before us we say something to the hostess she plays off like she didn't forget about us but she did. I think ok rocky start maybe it'll get better nope only goes downhill from there. We order our food we get it and our steaks are cooked completely wrong hers is so tough it's like chewing rubber and burnt to a crisp and my medium rare T-bone was dryer than the Sahara desert. I ask to speak to the manager he has our food remade no problem right? Well you see that's the issue we came in about 8 ish which is about 2 hours before they close plenty of time to sit down and enjoy a nice meal right? Nope instead I had to speak to the manager to get our food remade and let's be honest I've been cooking and eating steaks for a long time let's just say I know my steak and these were not cooked right in the slightest. But by the time our food was remade it was closing time so Instead of enjoying a surprise birthday dinner that my girlfriend paid 80 dollars for we got to take it home and eat it at home. And to add insult to injury I ask if there's anything they can do for the price because well we never got to sit enjoy and our nice meal because our food was messed up to begin with and he only gives us 10 bucks off. Are you kidding me? That doesn't ever cover the appetizer we ordered now I'm not expecting or trying to get free food because I love my steaks and my steakhouses but at least give us the appetizer because well due to your kitchen staffs fault we could not enjoy our meal as intended now gotta re heat and eat at home. Not impressed in the slightest next time I'll do myself a favor and go back to longhorn right up the road. This was hands down by far the worst and most unenjoyable steakhouse dinner/experience I have ever had and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! And I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this horrendous experience. Although the waiter we had Reagan was amazing he was very nice respectful and personable. And checked on us quite frequently the only positive about this place. If I could negative 5 stars I absolutely would! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY A NICE...
