As a business owner I don't post reviews either positive or negative unless something happens that is very impressive and I never post negative feedback as that is seldom productive and accurate as its easy to get emotional when you are frustrated. I would however like to give a shout out to this locations store manager as he clearly went above an beyond. I go to numerous Starbucks throughout the week and most (like many businesses) are having supply / inventory issues. I really like honey in my coffee. I usually ask before ordering "do you have any honey packets". The answer most often now is "sorry we don't have any". When asking this store they said we don't have packets but we have (2) whole cases of bottles of honey. I was talking with the manager and he said he got tired of telling people no and went to the grocery store buying all they had. I must have really shown my amazement as the manager gave me a bottle and said "keep this in your car so when you go to other locations you can have honey." This was something so simple but yet so impressive and customer focused. I know its just honey but it is also an employee finding solutions. Great job...
Read moreSo I pulled in here bc the cops got behind me while my insurance had lapsed. I go through drive-thru and ordered a mocha frappe. When the lady asked my name I replied “Daenerys”…i get to the window and the employee was extremely nice (felt genuine and not forced), she and the prep person stated they liked the name…! I smiled and replied “thank you, it’s from Game of Thrones” she smiled and said “yasss totally cool”(or something to the effect) whatever she said implied that they already knew that (never happens on the SW side where I live sadly …no one ever knows what I’m talking about) , she asks me if I want a free banana bread bc they had too many…yes of course I want something free since I was not even supposed to be here spending the $8 bucks lol….less than ten seconds later she’s handing me my drink and let me know that the other girl “drew me something nice on it” …I rapidly spin my cup looking for my surprise….once I saw it I replied that I was going to go cry! Read moreMy day took me off track so I visited this store instead of my usual one. I generally love Starbucks but this will be the last place I go in the future. I placed a mobile order and picked my order up in the drive thru. My cheese danish, which the sticker said “warmed”, was cold. Obviously had not been warmed in any way. My drink was given to me with a stopper in it and I sat it down in my cup holder until I got to work. Once I got to my desk I removed the stopper and took a sip. The coffee tasted burnt or at least more bitter than normal. I removed the lid to add some sweetener and I saw a dead fly floating in my cup. Again, the drink had a stopper from the time I had gotten it so this had to have occurred in the store. I was appalled, grossed out, and angry that I’d spent the time and money for this experience. I contact Starbucks HQ and they gave me a $10 credit and said “this is not the experience we expected you to have”. Me neither, I didn’t sign up for sick game of Fear Factor. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this store. And, at this point, I’m not sure I’d recommend any other...
