This is a Taco Bell and KFC. If I could give them zero Stars I swear to God I would! They don't even deserve one star!
Utterly horrible service! They got my order wrong twice. Then told me they had no paper for receipts. Then when I asked them for a written receipt they only wrote down the items; they did not write the total amount on the receipt.
Ordered a chicken burrito supreme with no lettuce and no sour cream, and a regular soft shell chicken taco. She had the audacity to ask me did I want a taco supreme. Where do you hear the word taco supreme when I say I want a soft shell chicken taco? Idiot!
When I get my order both my taco in my burrito are full of sour cream. When I let her know the order is incorrect please replace it with the correct order, she pushes it aside ignores me and start taking other orders from people in line. After about 5 minutes I get furious and ask for a manager.
Then when I asked for that she had to go find the manager and took forever!!
Then she didn't fix my order that they screwed up and took three more customers while I was waiting.
The manager has the audacity to tell me that the machine is broken to print the receipt and they're out of paper on the other machine and I have to wait. Ridiculous!!
Then when I asked him I asked her for a written receipt so she couldn't print one because they were out of printer paper for the receipts, she lies and says she gave me that which she did not. Then he takes all day looking for a pen and then it takes him forever to add it up!
By this time I'm furious and I tell them to cancel my order and give me back my money. He takes all day doing that and then asked me do I want him to correct my order? Are you kidding me hell no give me back my money!
Ask for the name and phone number of his district manager. He has the audacity to tell me he can't give that out he can take my name and number and have them call me. Like he's really going to do that! I told him that's ridiculous I have a right to that information. When he refuses I let him know I'm going to call the corporate office and ask for his name. And of course the ding Bell cashier doesn't have a name tag.
He rudely spelled out his name to me sarcastically and yelling, when I asked him his name, like I'm some idiot and can't spell Ricardo. Ricardo if you read this you are rude and horrible manager! The store and gave them a horrible Yelp review this one you're reading. And I made sure and said it loud enough that they heard it. Then I told them I'm calling the corporate office to complain.
This place needs all new freaking employees! Absolutely do not go here rude, unprofessional, impolite! Bad service! And from what I see above a whole lot of other people on Yelp agree with me, cuz they don't even have two stars!! On Google 3 stars with a bunch of complaints. Of course I've written a bad review on Yelp as well.
Follow up to complaint and review: I just called Ingrid at the corporation Taco Bell, for customer complaints. I have filed a complaint. She (Ingrid) told me this is utterly unacceptable service and she will be forwarding this in an expedited fashion, to the district manager of this Taco Bell location. I was told that there was a 16 minute wait for breast and wings which I happily obliged looking forward to enjoying your delicious wings. After paying I was told to go to the front and someone would be out with my order. So, to the front I go and I waited. Even when the couple who walked in after I parked and were waiting a while came and went I still waited. That is until the manager Ricky came and locked the door. I beeped my horn but he kept walking. I jumped out and knocked and the cashier waved me away saying they were closed. I waved my receipt back to him. He came to the door and took my receipt and let me in. After discussion and shoulder shrugging in the group the cashier returned and said that they were giving me a 12 piece for my inconvenience, along with a cake! Yes, but what about my breasts and wings that I waited 25 minutes for? Sorry, there are no wings but there are two breasts.😶😶😶 They had the nerve to try and run game on me thinking that I wasn't going to look in the bucket. So, after waiting for 25 minutes, in vain, I left empty-handed. Thank God BOMB BENTO BOX is open until 9:30 on a Saturday night! Read moreWhile consuming my food, my chicken pot pie had a large, jagged leg bone piece inside the pie, as large as my friend's thumb extended in length. I nearly choked on this bone and became very nauseated because of this. I asked to speak with a manager and Maria, the Shift (or assistant) Manager merely said, "I'm sorry... I will make sure this gets addressed by our people..." No real concern other than attempting to pacify me. I asked to speak to the General Manager, (Martha) and then stated, "I'm sorry she cannot come right now, she is in the middle of doing things in the office." I said, "I want to speak with her now or I will begin screaming... What is more important than a near-death experience in her restaurant"... Martha was brought out, she asked me, "what do you want me to do about it? Do you want a refund?" I said no, it wasn't about a refund, it was about me nearly choking to death on a large jagged bone found in her pot pie. She gave me a phone number for Ivette which I have not called as of yet.
