Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jack in the box, they refused to let me use the restroom. I went in to use the restroom after eating my meal in the my vehicle, and was asked for a receipt. I told her I had gone through the drive through she insisted on a receipt. I went out to my car and pulled up my receipt from my mobile order on my phone. . I showed it to her she said that was not a receipt, it was not the same thing. I explained that a mobile order and me showing her my mobile receipt is valid and makes me a paying customer. EVEN after I showed her my mobile order receipt, she argued with me pointing at a sign at the restroom door. stating. (bathrooms are for paying customers only) She finally opened the door for me but with a sarcastic laugh still saying I was not a paying customer. As I’m closing the bathroom door I could hear her telling another staff I’m not a paying customer, and I said I went through the drive through. When I exit the bathroom i told another employee this is how you treat your customers? And showed her my mobile order receipt again, emphasizing that it makes me a paying customer. The employee didn’t seem to care and didn’t even try to approach me to see the receipt. I asked her again this is how you treat your customers? No response from her. So i asked her to let me speak to the manager. I was told the extremely rude person that wouldn’t let me use the restroom and was talking about me was the manager. This is so disappointing i guess Jack in the box doesn’t believe in leadership by example. To be treated like this all for wanting to use the bathroom at a place I just bought a meal from is beyond unacceptable I guess I will be looking for another establishment that treats their customers...

I finished eating my first two sandwiches and was about to eat the 3rd. Then I noticed they put meat in it. So I go and tell them and they said they would make another one. So I was sitting and waiting,10 minutes had past by and still no sandwich. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 10 minutes to make one sandwich, especially when they had no customers waiting in line. In the meantime, my fries get ice cold so i asked the lady, politely, if I could get new french fries if I threw my cold ones away. The lady said if she could see if they were cold so she got one of the fries. She touched it with her hand and said ' yeah, they are cold'. I said' ok, so can you get me hot french fries'. She said, no she's not going to give me new ones'. She made no sense, if she wasn't going to give me new ones then why did she bother to ask me if she could see if they were cold??? She was so rude and had the worst attitude about it. She knew I had been waiting 10 minutes because she screwed up my order and gave me attitude on top of that. Great customer service sarcasm.

Read moreLast week I was in the drive thru line with four other cars, for over 10 minutes. During this time a Jack in the Box employee jumped over the front counter twice and was jumping up and down pointing to the line in the drive thru. A minute or two later the same employee who jumped over counter and who was visibly upset at the number of cars in drive thru line put yellow cones in front of drive thru and went back inside. This action caused me and four others to leave. I've managed restaurants before, I understand the need to close sometimes, but you always serve the people who were waiting before you decided to close. I emailed customer service and I've received no response. I take it that the owners and the management are just as lazy as the overly excited employee. I'm extremely disappointed especially since there has been no response. There are plenty of fast food restaurants near this Jack in the Box, my recommendation is go to any one of the nearby places, avoiding this Jack in the Box that is run by lazy people and owned by lazy people. Avoid this Jack in the Box at all costs! Worst restaurant of any kind that I've had the displeasure of visiting. Need a new rating system because 1 star is too many and misrepresents my experience.
