McDonald's: A Surprisingly Delightful Golden Arches Experience Let's be honest, McDonald's. It's a fast-food institution, a reliable (if sometimes questionable) source of quick meals. We all have our own McDonald's stories, some good, some…less so. But my recent visit to this particular McDonald's was a genuinely pleasant surprise, a far cry from the lukewarm fries and questionable cleanliness I've experienced at other locations. This McDonald's clearly got the memo about updating. Walking in, I was greeted by a modern and inviting atmosphere. Forget the faded posters and sticky tables of McDonald's past; this place felt fresh and clean. There was ample parking, the exterior was spotless, and the interior followed suit. Plenty of seating options were available, from standard tables and booths to a dedicated play area for families with young children. It was clear they'd put some thought into creating a comfortable dining experience. We opted to dine in and were immediately impressed by the friendly cashier. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu, a welcome change from the often-harried and indifferent service you sometimes encounter at fast-food establishments. While kiosks were available for ordering, we chose the traditional route, and the cashier made the process smooth and easy. My friends and I went classic: two hamburgers and fries (because sometimes you just crave that classic McDonald's taste) and one fish sandwich. After grabbing our drinks, we settled in and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived. And, more importantly, it was hot! Perfectly cooked, classic McDonald's fare. The fries were crispy, the hamburger was juicy, and even the fish sandwich enthusiast in our group gave it a thumbs up. It was exactly what we expected, and sometimes, that's exactly what you want. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was remarkably quiet and well-maintained. The staff were actively engaged in keeping the dining area clean and free of debris, which contributed to the overall positive atmosphere. It wasn't just a quick in-and-out; it was a genuinely satisfying lunch experience. Honestly, this McDonald's visit exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was hot and tasty, and the atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant. It's a testament to how a well-managed location can elevate the entire...
Read moreWhat is so hard about wearing a hair net and not getting hair into a customers food? This is disgusting . And I'm getting fed up with this location. I ate most of this before I found your nasty hair . Don't go here . They are lacking with hygienic practice
1/25/2024 Another instance to add because I can't do a separate review and Its the cheapest and closest thing to my work but the new girl wearing a red jacket that worked tonight was incredibly rude . I had two mobile orders first she tried to give me only half of one of my orders and not even the second one at all and was mad and got rude we asked for the rest of our order and she huffed and told us to just pull up so we did, she brought the sundae from the first order, the food& Oreo McFlurry after she handed it to use she licked her fingers which is gross and then we were like okay we are still missing a frappe and she got mad again and I'm pretty sure she stomped her foot and was like it wasn't done right you're gonna have to keep waiting . I waited 30 minutes for a fry, 2 cheese burgers, a drink a sundae and a frappe . That's ridiculous and the rudeness for me wanting what I paid for is ridiculous, and then licking her...
Read moreIt’s painful going to this McDonald’s. I dread having to go here during any peak times, because you will wait 10-15 minutes on a good day. Just waiting nearly 30 minutes and the line didn’t even move. Gave up and took my business elsewhere. Witnessed roughly 20-30 other vehicles try the line then leave. Very poor service on a regular basis. Try other options in the area if you have the choice you will get much better service and food. Also witnessed open hostility between coworkers while waiting in the lobby on one occasion. Yelling insults at one another with drive through window open and customers in the lobby. A massive lack of well trained leadership is present at this location. It’s very clear in the absolute disregard for company policy on ethics and compliance. Almost all employees have phones present, or a form of Bluetooth device to listen to music, or have personal phone calls while on the clock. Hopefully a secret shopper is planned for this location, and an audit of service times per customer. After so many poor experiences I can honestly say I hope I never have a reason to return to...
