Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, they should be embarrassed and I’m honestly surprised this location is still open. Most of the restaurants in this area are really good, it’s right next to Orlando International Airport so there’s always customers. You would think that this location would be mindful of that, but it’s like they go out of their way to make this place awful. Literally every time I’ve ordered online the food wasn’t ready. Always a long line (physically, there’s a literal line next to the shelf for online orders of people waiting for their online order), what’s the point of an online order if it’s not ready when you get there? If I didn’t live so close I would go to the one by the FL mall, the one further down on Semoran is just as bad. After my online order wasn’t ready for like the millionth time, I asked to speak with the manager to figure out what the hell was going on. A lot of people like to place orders to pick up when the store opens, and almost as a way to discourage online orders the customers ordering in store get their food before the online people and with bigger (normal) portion sizes. I told this to the manager and he was totally unprofessional. First thing he did was ask if I’m there everyday to know orders are never prepared on time, with this dumb smug little smirk on his face. Well if we’re gonna act stupid then I am more than happy to play that game! So I turned to the other person standing around in the online order area and asked when their food was supposed to be ready and they confirmed it was about 10 minutes late! Then because the idiot was embarrassed, he had the nerve to claim it was the online system, so I gave him an earful about how terrible he was at his job. I may as well have been the one managing the restaurant, because the staff straightened out after their boss was chewed out and made a fool in front of everyone. If you go to this location, I recommend placing your order in the store to watch them make it (literally got the end chunk of romaine in my salad...you know, the part that gets pulled out of the ground and chopped off and thrown in the trash because no one eats that). Also be prepared to wait forever in store because there’s 2.5 people actually working while the rest either stand around doing nothing or they’re busy eating in the dining room. 1 person cooks, 1 person makes orders, and the .5 is the cashier who chats away with the useless coworkers while ringing up orders. The rest of them? In the back sweeping the floor doing literally nothing. I checked. Literally you can see inside the entire kitchen if you stand next to the online order shelf and they were either standing around texting, fooling around, or sweeping the floor with a giant online order line and a long line inside the store. I suggested they make online orders in a separate area instead of using the same hot bar as the in store people and he said they couldn’t. Yet if you go to the location down the street they somehow figured out a way to put in a separate area just for online orders! Chipotle really needs to fire the entire management team...
Read moreI placed an order in the app yesterday for my husband, upon arrival I went to the pick up area and inquired about his food. They couldn't find the order so they researched and finally found my order. Sarah the cashier said my food was put out on the shelf and someone must have taken it. My response was you guys don't watch the food that you place in the dinning area. This rude cashier Sarah had the audacity to say No! this order was placed at 6 and it's now 6:30 now correct me if I'm wrong. We are in the middle of a Pandemic, why would you place my food in the dinning room on the shelf and not watch it. The fact that someone was able to just walk up to the shelf, pick up my food and walk out the store makes me sick to my stomach. That means anyone can walk up open the bag cough Covid into it and walk away. So now I'm a little upset. Not only was this condescending Cashier rude but she was oblivious to why I was upset and asking about their policy about keeping Our food safe and free from Germs. Wouldn't the smart thing to do, is either keep it behind the counter or have someone watch the food until it's picked up? So now the manager I guess named Will comes out and tells me that I am over reacting and Sarah wasn't rude. So I asked for a corporate number he said they didn't have one. So before I now research and find the number for myself, I am reviewing this store and making everyone aware. So that is the reason why this store gets 1 star I would of given them minus stars but that wasn't an option. I will never order anything from this location ever again they are rude, disrespectful, and they feel that placing prepaid food in an area that is so open to the public is a good idea. Please do not order from the App unless you are there in the store to watch your order come up. They do not care about our safety, and what they are placing into our bodies. I believe in making everyone aware to keep us safe being that they...
Read moreJust had the WORST experience at this location in the almost 2 years I’ve been going here. I actually started going to a newer chipotle even though it’s slighty further because I was getting over this location and the amount of time they’ve messed up. Today I decide to place an order using the app to this location for simple convenience. I requested the order to be ready at 12 even though I won’t get there till almost 12:10 but usually it works. Gives some room in case they get busy and for the most part my order is ready or seconds away from being ready. Not the case today. I ended up getting to the location around 12:14 and my order was nowhere near ready and there were 5 people waiting for their to go orders. I noticed they had a catering order and a long line so I was letting it go and waited. I waited 10 minutes when someone finally handed the cashier my bowl and I know it was my bowl because he said “this is Jamie’s order” and I know there wasn’t any wine else named Jamie there waiting for their food cause the cashier must’ve asked our names at least twice. The cashier just left my food there and checked out a couple of customers. Then someone handed another to go order and she immediately bagged that one and gave it to the girl waiting there. How the hell does she get her bowl first when mine was ready first?! Then these two to go clients come in and immediately get their orders. So then I see the cashier get my bowl and put it with the catering order and check out 3-4 more customers. I finally had it and asked for my bowl and she gave it to me in the bag and all I got was “sorry for the wait”....you kidding me?! I’m literally on my lunch where time is limited and I get running 10 minutes behind but I was waiting for more like 17 after everything was said and done. It was a horrible. Will never order...
