I AM UPDATING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW The location manager reached out and worked with us to a satisfactory resolution. I want to thank him for doing so. It shows empathy and professionalism! I would recommend this location based on the Manager's attention and willingness to correct what was wrong. Thank you!!

We are regulars at the Kissimmee location to the point that we get discount coupons emailed. Last Saturday, we were in Orlando and we had an early breakfast, but already had dinner planned. So I decided to go to the Orlando location, everything looked very familiar to our Kissimmee location, so we went to the outside area and sat at a table. A couple of minutes later, the server shows up and introduces himself as Anthony. We already knew we wanted the cheese pizza and two strawberry lemonades and told him so. It took the normal time and was brought from the back fresh and hot. When we were ready to pay, I told Anthony that I had a promo that required me to redeem it in front of a staff member, I proceeded to do so, and it showed a $20 off code with a timer of 4:00 minutes. He looked at it, didn't even note the code and said: "I'll be back with you in a minute" He then goes over to the bar and starts pouring drinks, getting food for other customers and everything, except taking care of my winding down promo. When he finally showed up,the clock had expired over 10 minutes ago (making the total wait time close to 15 minutes). I had to call for a manager to fix this situation and when the manager told him, he immediately changed his look and gave us attitude. He still takes time to fix his mess, then sends another employee to ask me if it was a 20% discount code. I told him it was a $20 discount and that I redeemed it in front of Anthony. Then, another 5 minutes later, he comes to the table with a new receipt zeroed out. And with his ridiculous attitude told us, "have a blessed night". Obviously, wishing for the opposite. We are a calm couple, we love to travel, and we enjoy trying new restaurants and places. We usually have good times and good service, but this time was the exception. We arrived on Wednesday, the 10th, to this place, simply wanting to watch the football match and enjoy some good drinks. We sat at the bar. At first, the waiter took a bit long to bring us our drinks, but we thought the wait time was normal. After finishing our first drinks, we waited again with our glasses empty. Then another waiter came over and took our new order, which was very quick and good.Once again, our glasses were empty, and the first waiter took our order again, but once more, our drinks were delayed. After finishing those drinks and having our glasses empty, we were completely ignored. The waiter attended to the people to our right and left, checking on them more than three times, but never approached us, even though he saw our empty glasses. He stood twice in front of us to prepare drinks but never lifted his head to look at us or ask if we were okay or if we had finished.After some time, we got tired of waiting for service from someone who apparently doesn't care about taking care of their customers. But when we put the card down to pay, this person took no more than five minutes to close the ticket. Based on our experience, we will never return to this place where there is no good customer service, where you literally will not be well received. I wonder if this place has any manager or someone who supervises such situations? Or does everyone just do what they want and have preferences for other types of customers? If so, in my opinion, they should review these kinds of situations as they lead to a bad reputation with future and new customers.It's really a beautiful place, and it's sad not to have...

Good food, better atmosphere. Love the music and memorabilia. Had the Artisan Blue Burger with Sweet Potato Fries and the Purple Rain Drops. The burger was a solid iteration of a classic flavor choice and fries were perfectly cooked with a lightly crispy outside and soft interior. The Purple Rain Drops were a great fluffy and crispy texture. The homemade whipped cream was addictive. Fair warning, this dish is very chocolaty. I could only eat two of the little guys, so bring friends or expect to take home. I wish it were a little less chocolate and more raspberry flavor in my opinion. Did a to go order for my second visit. Had the Strawberry Fields Salad with Steak and my girlfriend had the Cobb Salad and ordered it without cheese and substituted the dressing. We also ordered the gumbo. We were not given utensils or napkins which is disappointing, especially being that we stayed at a hotel and had limited resources for obtaining cutlery.The gumbo was quite good. I was not a fan of my salad due to the dressing that comes with it not being my preference (gave it a try) and the steak was overcooked from my request and sliced strangely in very large oval-shaped pieces which made it a bit inconvenient. I would have assumed it would be in slices ready to eat so as the patron would not have to cut it up so much. It was comparable to sliced deli meat in the way it was presented. Also, my girlfriends salad came with cheese in the corner of the box so we had to scrape away a quarter of the salad so she could eat it since she has a minor dairy allergy.
