Really hard to give this restaurant a rating. On June 28th arrived at 2 p.m. waited inside for 10 minutes to be seated and was never even acknowledged that two of us were standing there waiting for seats so we left and went to cracker barrel and got seated right away. The sad thing is there were only a waiter and a waitress and about six tables occupied they were not busy. 6\30\23. This is going to be a continuing review. Today I was contacted by the management of the store based upon the previous part of this review not being good. I was in food management and this manager did everything that was right in correcting a problem. I was offered complimentary dinners as the date we went was supposed to be a birthday event. And Mr. Bellarose presented me with an offer of an apology well beyond what was expected on my part. I am going to use that gift certificate at his restaurant again because I believe in second chances and I'm sure he will be on his toes with his staff. My lady friend unfortunately is not quite as forgiving but I'm hoping I can change her mind and that everything will be on the up-and-up. So this will be a continuing evaluation more to follow after our second visit... As I said this would be a continuing evaluation. So on July 13th we visited again the same time in the afternoon around 2 p.m. and we were seated within 2 minutes a great turnaround since the first. The hostess was very friendly and seeded three groups of two at the same time. My lady friend and I were the first to be seated as we were about to use the apology given to us from the first visit. Bloomin Onion was great love them. She ordered filet mignon and lobster and I ordered the grilled salmon along with onion soup. All the food items were outstanding and very very tasty. All in all we spent 1 hour and our bill exceeded $100 with tip and was well worth it thank you very much Bobby Bellerose for your continuing upgrading of this restaurant continue the good work we can...
Read moreMe and my family (party of 9) visited this location on Friday at first it was going good but once our drink orders were placed the service from our waiter went downhill.. when you go to Outback you expect that complimentary bread they offer we had to ask the lady who brought out our appetizers if we can have some since our server never brought it out… when i seen my waiter i asked for extra sauce for my appetizers never brought it out completely forgot about it..we waited a long time for our food to the point one of us got up and asked the server if our food is ready 5 minutes after that plates were brought out we expected all that time waiting for our food it would be hot but unfortunately that was not the case food was cold and some steaks were undercooked for some who don’t like it that way manager did come out and offered to take the steaks and cook them longer for those who don’t like the way it came out.. I asked my server for A1 sauce again he completely forgot about that and I had to get up and ask someone in the kitchen for it. My main issue is really with my waiter he wasn’t as attentive as he should have been we was completely forgotten about and we was the biggest party there at the time we understand if restaurants are understaffed but to have the food cold and not really check on us and not be apologetic about his work ethic is really unacceptable we shouldn’t have to feel bad about letting them know ALL of our...
Read moreI love Outback, but my experiences at this location has been less than stellar. To-go service here leaves a lot to be desired. This last visit was the final straw for me. Ordered 2 Four Course Meals, only to get home and realize I got 2 Two Course Meals (missing the soups ans desserts and also the bread) Call the store and ask to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes. By this time I had driven back to the store, when I pulled in the parking lot someone answered the line but it wasn't the manager, put back on hold. Walk in, get the rest of my food, wait to speak to manager, he is in the same room(the to-go area) as myself and on the phone with another customer. I wait he gets off the phone and starts to walk into the kitchen area, when the to go server tells him that I was waiting to speak to him. The manager walks past me and goes back on the phone. That really upset me, so I said a few choice words and left.
Get back home to enjoy the now cold food. My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, so that's a plus, but my wife grilled salmon was completely raw in the middle. That would have been fine if we ordered sushi, but this was supposed to be grilled salmon!
There is another Outback location that is about 10-15 minutes away from this one. I recommend that location as it is wonderful. I will now drive the few extra minutes to go there instead. It's worth the...
