We visited on Sunday, 9/12/21, and this was by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. No exaggeration. My wife and I are patient and understanding people, but this is not only the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited, it is the worst restaurant we have ever visited, period. We arrived at 4:25 with two people in front of us at the hostess stand. We stood there nearly 7 minutes before anyone even greeted us or the several people waiting behind us. Finally a hostess said it would be a 10 minutes wait. We were finally seated at a booth, after she wiped it down. Even after she wiped down the table, it still looked filthy. We waited nearly 10 minutes for a waitress to even take our drink order. After finally getting our drinks, we waited another 10-12 minutes to put in our order for an appetizer, and entrees. Meanwhile, our drinks sat empty for about 20 minutes and no appetizer. Our waitress finally came back and filled our drinks and said the appetizer should be out in a few minutes. 20 minutes later, still no appetizer and our drinks needed refilled again, with our waitress seemingly checking on every table except ours. We finally got her attention as she was walking away from a nearby table, and asked if she could check on our appetizer. Another 20 minutes went by, and it finally came out. We waited a little over an hour total for our appetizer from the time it was ordered. When it arrived, we were about to take a bite of the nachos when we noticed a giant hair sticking out in the middle, absolutely disgusting! (See picture). We pushed it away, and again, waited another 15-20 minutes before our waitress finally came over to check on us, and we advised her of the hair. She apologized, and I asked her to remove it from our bill and to also just get our entrees to go. Another 10 minutes or so go by, we finally get our food, check out, and leave. We get to our car to check our orders, we were missing 2 sides of ranch we were supposed to get, and the food was cold! Not hot, not warm, not even lukewarm, it was cold. We had enough of this awful experience, and decided to just leave. The problem didn't seem to be that they were understaffed. I saw several of the servers and even the managers just standing around talking! Maybe the kitchen was understaffed, but then again how do you explain that our food was COLD? Even if they were understaffed, it was obvious that our food sat there for a long time. If they can't handle a big crowd then they shouldn't be seating the whole restaurant to it's capacity. Read moreThe worst take out service I have ever experienced. On three occasions, including this last one today, I had placed an order through Uber Eats. Once again, the order was incomplete, missing half of a 10 piece wings order and the half that was sent, barely had any sauce. I did my review on Uber Eats and to know surprise Uber Eats will not be refunding any amount. To know surprise, this is more than likely because I had already submitted two complaints prior to this one. You would think I had learned my lesson, yet I went and ordered from this same location since it is the closest location to where I live and it isn’t close enough for me to have gone in person. To make matters worse, I call the restaurant and the individual who answered has either hearing problems or lacks comprehension. When I told him the problem, his response was “I don’t understand what you want me to do about it.” At this point, I set aside my mild mannered character and proceeded to ask him if he did not know that when the restaurant makes a mistake, not once, nor twice, but three times on a take out order, they would do their very best to compensate the customer especially when Uber Eats will not process a refund this time due to the other two occasions they f’d up. I even asked the individual if they do not review and check the order before it goes out. Of course he answered yes, to which I replied that his answer is obviously highly questionable considering they had duped my order three times. His reply once again was “I really don’t know what you want me to do, would you like to file a complaint.” I was livid that any employer would have such an incompetent individual answering the phones when they lack the etiquette and professionalism on customer service, as well lack being pro active on finding a solution to such egregious lack of customer satisfaction. Add insult to injury, when I asked this individual if I could speak with a supervisor or manager, he hung up on me. When I called back the restaurant immediately after, all of a sudden it was not being answered. After several attempts, the phone was answered but there wasn’t the usual greeting except silence. When I said hello, the call was disconnected. This is completely unacceptable and a gross disregard to me as a customer. It’s mind boggling with how our economy for local businesses are with many restaurants closing, this location cares nothing about ensuring customer satisfaction to its fullest extent. Read moreFirst time to this location. Our waitress Malika came to our table looking like she was just slapt by her bf or gf. She looked angry and upset like she didn't want to work. We first ordered from the child's menu for our 4 yo daughter that was hungry...chicken and fries. Then we ordered our drinks and wings plus fires. Our drinks arrived first and then our wings. Malika was never seen again. Christopher was a waiter walking the floor and helping many tables all at once. He was fast and efficient. Since Malika was not found or seen I asked him to get her for us. After several minutes she finally showed up and we asked her about our daughters food and our fries. She said she didn't know what happened and weny to check. After several minutes she came back to let us know the kitchen will bring our daughters food and fries shortly. We kept waiting and our daughter was crying. Finally the kitchen came with just our daughters food. They forgot our fries and Malika was not found. She finally came back and we told her about our fries. I asked for ketchup and she kept walking. My sister had to get up and walk to another section and grab the ketchup herself. Malika was chitchatting with a girl at the bar while I was signalling her and calling her to come. She kept talking and ignored me until I started saying Ma'am... Ma'am....first softly then kept going louder and louder and everyone was looking except Malika... We requested the manager, and Jennifer came back. Jennifer was helpful and took down our concerns. She committed to talking to Malika. The food was awesome but service by Malika...
