So did you know that Jersey Mike's is a sub shop that is incapable of being able to heat up a sub. Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience with Jersey Mike’s. My order was confirmed the update, but when it arrived, it was incomplete. Despite the restaurant acknowledging the issue and promising a solution, it took 30 minute to attempt to resolve the situation, but they never sent the missing items because they don't have somebody for delivery at that time. I had to personally go to the restaurant to collect the missing order, which took nearly an hour out of my time with all this situation. The lack of communication and inability to resolve the problem in a timely manner was incredibly frustrating. The manager, whom I never encountered directly, should definitely invest more in learning customer service skills, especially when it comes to handling last-minute issues. Read moreI was hoping to give this location a 5-star like I did to the Curry Ford Rd location, but unfortunately not!! As I waited for Devin, one of the workers to finish with an order before me, a police officer walked in a few minutes later to order, and Devin took care of him before me! I was shocked. Without saying a word I quietly walked out to head over to 5-star location but realized they were closing in 10 minutes. So I went back into this location to speak with a manager but he/she wasn’t there. However, JD who was in charge apologized and quickly solved the issue. My sub was finally made by a nice worker that noticed my return.
