Oxford Burger Company — Restaurant in Oxford

My wife and I eat here regularly, as it is one of the few restaurants open on Sunday on the Square. The Mac Attack Burger is always good, as are the sweet potato fries. My wife enjoys the Swag Burger with onion rings. The service has never been great, but lately it has become even worse. I was in the restaurant this past Sunday evening, and I literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes (with no one in front of me) before a guy (who had been preparing burgers) came to take my order. There were two girls working as well, and they kept their backs turned to me the entire time. There was only one other couple in the restaurant waiting on their food, but the staff seemed to have their hands full with “to go” orders. As we were eating, a gentleman (who I assume to be the owner) entered the restaurant, and the staff suddenly became more friendly and attentive to the customers in the restaurant. Had a party of 3 people. The first 2 orders came out. Typically, the staff is bringing the next plate over. Well, that wasn’t the case. The last person waiting for their order didn’t receive it till everyone else had basically finished their food. Also, I got the wrong burger but didn’t make a fuss I just ate it. The last person that waited long ordered cajun fries. But received regular. After waiting that long they still couldn’t double check the order to make sure it’s correct. The salad was small and the chicken instead of being freshly grilled, they pulled from the refrigerator and was dry and tasteless. The lettuce was spaghetti style; long pieces. The burger my daughter ordered was supposed to be lettuce-wrapped, she has an allergy to wheat and specifically ordered it without a bun and they brought the dry burger on a big fat hard bun.... when we reminded them it was supposed to be lettuce wrapped, she asked "Can you just take the bun off or do I have to remake it??? Fearing sending it back and very hungry after driving 7 hours we opted for the former...They brought several pieces of the spaghetti-style lettuce....
