Usually don't leave negative reviews, but I have had it with this location. It was a good spot, then about a year ago, things went down hill. Orders started coming out wrong or cold, and when you bring it to their attention the employees would get loud and rude with you. They blame the customer saying that's what you orderd, even with you showing them the order you placed on the app. They will take it so far as to dig the kitchen ticket out of the trash to prove the customer wrong. Just to end up proving themselves wrong. When you ask are you not going to fix the mistake, they will finally remake the order but give attitude like you're doing them wrong, and then still get it wrong...like your not go check the order.
We gave this place a few months break, hoping something would happen to make the place better again. Sadly this did not happen. Only took 3 times for us to give up on this location all together.
1st time my husband played it safe in just ordering nuggets and fries. Can't get that wrong. 2nd time order was slightly messed up. Had lettuce on a burger when it shouldn't. 3rd time tonight, They messed it up again and lied again about the order. Burgers were totally wrong. Order a large frozen coke recieved a coke zero. As soon as I said "um" to bring to their attention it should have been a frozen coke. The woman at the woman told me you order a Dr. Pepper and coke zero. Which the Dr. Pepper part was correct but not coke zero.
If they are willing to lie over a frozen soda they are pointless to try to even speak and reason with.
Honestly it's just sad how intentionally rude they treat people and how bad they are at...
Read moreWe stopped here for a quick meal three days in a row and of the three days were very pleased with two. We ordered the double impossible whopper (with double patties) along with spicy chicken. Twice we were helped by Randy. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. I observed that his interactions with all customers were very polite even when he was multitasking all the time. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Randy for making our meal special and full of care! He is an asset to BK.
The third day we interacted with LIONEL, who was very rude and insulting. He overcharged us and when we went in to speak to him he accused Randy of discounting food for us and us of lying. Randy had no reason to discount us as he did not even know us and we are not discount hunters. The issue was the cost of second burger patty. I am attaching the receipts of all three days. The second patty of beyond burger is for $2 each not $4.26 each.
I am taking the 5 stars away for the culture I witnessed. If it is a training issue then it should be addressed internally. Overcharging a customer and insulting your colleague in front of the customer is not the right way to go, very unprofessional. Very disappointed!
Lionel claims to be the STORE MANAGER/OWNER and DISTRICT MANANGER when I asked him to give me a management email. He refused to give me an email where we can send the receipts to prove we were not making it up. If he is a store manager, he needs to learn some basic people skills.

I went inside the restaurant because they got my order wrong through the drive-thru and I as I went inside explaining my situation they drive-thru lady and older female cook were calling me a liar and I didn’t look at the bottom because they put it there. I had to take all my food out individually and show my receipt to state they didn’t give me my 2 double burgers with only pickles. The drive thru lady said she’ll fix that and get to it but as I waited for 30 minutes they still did not work on my burgers. I became agitated as the manager Sandra and 2 older female workers kept looking at me but ignored me so I asked for a refund. As I got my refund the drive thru lady kept yelling across the restaurant that my refund is done and the “Here in America” it takes 5-7 days for refunds to be issued as I left the restaurant. The way the staff treated me and how poorly management handled my situation is a reason I will not be coming back.
