Five Guys — Restaurant in Palmdale

Very disappointed in this Five Guys location. I've visited the location in Georgia, Louisiana, Hawaii, and the location in Santa Clarita California. All locations had a generous amount of fries, a small order of fries fed up to 4 people. When I visited this location in Palmdale CA, I was truly disappointed. 5 Guys is known for the amount of fries served. A small order can just about feed 4 persons. I ordered the Large that stated can feed between 2-4 people and it was the smallest amount of fries I have ever been serve. Mcdonalds small order of fries has more fries being served than this Palmdale location LARGE order of fries. It's truly devastating because 5 Guys is known for the fries and the amount being served and they aren't cheap either. It's truly sad that this location rather save some extra bucks then to keep a tradition that has kept 5 Guys on the map. The customer service was amazing 👏 and attitude but the amount of food served for the price paid is DIFFERENTLY NOT worth it. I almost paid $100 for 3 cheeseburgers, 1 order of large fries and 2 shakes, and 1 drink. I ended up going to Burger King across the street just to order more fries. The quality of the food and service was great at this Five Guys location, it was only the amount of food served for the price paid that was disappointing. I hope this isn't a normal thing at...

I normally like this spot I had a poor experience today. I dont know if the staff was overwhelmed or if they need more training. Along with my food, I also ordered a shake. I was asked if I wanted my shake first while I waited. I said yes. The shake never came. They eventually called my number. The food didnt look right. They were trying to give me someone else's food. After I told them again what my number was, they figured it out. It would have been a bad experience for the other person as well to have their order given to someone else. They then got me my actual order. I still didnt get my shake. I stood there waiting until the guy working on the fries came back to start making it. I was standing there for a while in everyone's way until they finally got the shake done. Other than the food getting cold, it was good. Just bad organization with the staff. Excellent hamburgers and fries! I really liked the food, but will only order take out from now on. I dined in and it was really loud and chaotic there! Employees kept coming out into the dining area from the kitchen and the door kept slamming open and shut behind me, on and on. It was really disruptive, adding to the already really loud background noise. Also, they were constantly sweeping at my feet, but the dining area was still not very clean. Almost like too many employees working and looking for something to do, but not able to be productive and get anything done, as if left to themselves without any supervision.
