I absolutely love Dippin' Dots so I might be biased, but this store is amazing! They have so many flavors to try. The workers are so nice and allow you to sample the flavors before you buy them! If you haven't tried Dippin' Dots, I highly recommend it! And if you're in the PCB area you truly need to stop here!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. We specifically came to Pier Park in order to eat Dippin' Dots. However, the young lady working in the store along with her two friends (we assume) had the front door locked. We were not the only large group to attempt to visit this location. I would venture to say that several hundred dollars worth of customers were turned away. Of course, the employee and her entourage thought it was hilarious that so many people kept trying to open the locked door. It was very immature of these girls, as well as being disrespectful to the owner of this space and the patrons. This occurred at approximately 9PM...

The man working who claims to be the manager was extremly sarcastic and rude and when I returned his attitude he denied myself and my 3 kids ice cream (one of which was celebrating gwe 3rd bday today) and told us to leave!! This was June 4th, 2020 at approx.5:30pm. Went to Kilwins had great customer service and the ice cream was delicous. They lost business of 4 customers at least $30. Also he was serving food without wearing...

RUDE!! HORRIBLE!! EMPLOYEE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO MY FAMILY! I told her something about it, she immediately yelled at me AND TRIED TO THROW ICE CREAM AT ME THEN CAME AND TRIED TO HIT ME WHEN I ARGUED BACK. SHE WAS AN OLD LADY TRYING TO HIT A MINOR(me)…… not just that she was straight up RACIST!!! Towards us!!! Police had to come. IF I COULD ID GIVE NEGATIVE...
