TL;DR - Don't waste your time or money.
This place is terrible. I've gone three times now, each time more unsatisfactory than the last. Tonight was the finishing touch. I ordered a chimichanga and wet burrito for my boyfriend, specifically to dine in. The cook decided to make the wet burrito first, as it's faster. But then it had to sit and wait while my chimi was being made. How long did it take? 30 minutes. Did I mention there was no one ahead of us? And to make matters even more interesting, both were packed to go. In hindsight, I can see why. We unpack our food at a table and dig in... Only for my boyfriend to stop and frown at his food. "It's cold." he states matter of fact and rather sad. Resigned, he goes to the counter and asks the cashier lady if they can heat it up for him. She says no and seems confused. After listening and watching a moment I realize she thinks he's telling her it's the wrong food. Serious language barrier. So I get up to help bringing my meal along as a visual aid. "See? Mine steams, his is cold. He cannot eat it this way. Either microwave it or make him a new one please?". The response? A sour look of disgust and a firm, No. And she walks away from us with our food. She comes back... So now I ask for a manager. "Not until tomorrow" is her defensive answer. Seriously? Okay, fine. I'll just make note and post a review. My boyfriend asks the cashier what her name is. "Cash back?" is her sudden response. No, we don't want money. We wanted hot food. Simple, right? Apparently not. So I pack our food because I can no longer stand to even be present in the building. As I'm doing so the cashier flags me down and says.. "Micro. I micro food?" She seems a bit more repentant but still impolite. Ugh... No, not anymore. Finally figuring it out isn't going to keep me from making it clear to the world:

Read moreThis was around 8:15 pm on agoust18 I got there I was on the phone a guy come from inside and with out asking anything else he said if you not got to order please leave I said I’m going to order when I’m done with the phone he said you need to leave or I’m going to call the police I said you can call them I got on line when I was about to order when I was about to order the lady on the cashier refused the service and when inside the same guy from earlier come and told me what you want I said don’t talk to me like that I’m a customer like every body else He said I have the right to refuse the service If I wanted I said just because I’m asking you that he said yes I said okay and leave when to subway next door Come back and tell the clients you guys see what happened please leave a review on this restaurant and this guys please they have cameras they can check them at any time I usually don’t leave reviews but this was to much I don’t think this restaurant deserves to be here please when something like this happens speak up We are the people bringing business to them Not to get this...
Read moreFirst off this location was my first time here. I ate at another location before this one, and that one was GOOD just the burrito and hard shell tacos. This location on the other hand. The chunky Girl that worked taking my order was rude from the beginning. I was humble and finished ordering. Mind you I've only had a select things from the menu at the other location. So I ordered two tostada, not knowing they had onions. The wife doesn't like onions. So I went up to aske if they could make me another one. Not knowing I would pay for it. Cashier chunky Girl tells me they wont make another just because I didn't know it had onions, the menu doesn't show or even describe whats on it. She said it's not my problem and we don't just waist food. I felt insulted, well I was going to eat these two and pay for a new one for my wife.
