Stopped by to try this cool setup. Was overcharged by the human help there. Was told the card machine on the side of the kiosk was not working.
God knows if the machine she had just gotten was not working right. Which is what she claimed. But I was charged $23.14 with a tip that I did not authorize.
I refused the purchase and asked for a refund.
I disputed the charge with Amex already.
I was given a piece of paper to write my info down and the lady said I would be refunded in a few days. As she did not know how to process a refund.
Which could be true as my statement did say "new merchant". Giving them the benefit of the doubt but consumers be aware.
Will probably give them another try and will tip in cash if the human there...

Read moreDefinitely a neat experience, and I'd recommend bringing your partner/group to get a drink from the robot. But after seeing it make one drink, you've kinda seen the whole thing. After that, it's just $20 drinks that you could get for cheaper anywhere else in Vegas. And the drinks the robot makes use very precise measurements, which also means you're never going to get a drip extra of alcohol.
