Eddie, Zach and the woman of Asian heritage at the front desk are very unprofessional and miserables. When I check in Eddie was obviously not happy to see us, was very abrupt and did not welcome us and did not bother to tell us how to go to the underground parking, use the lifts and the hotel amenities. We felt like we were unwanted. The woman of Asian lady was very rude and very short answering our question and walk away from behind the front desk .|Zach was too busy at checking us out by chatting with another member of the Sheraton staff and ignored us for a while. He was obviously annoyed that we disturbed his conversation.Again not thank you or asking us how was our stay.|At the Club lounge the food for breakfast and food served as hors-d'oeuvres in the evening were disgusting, poor quality and most of them inedible. Oatmeal that was served was reheated left over from the previous day and inedible. Paper thin soggy French toast and hight fructose fake maple syrup served in a sticky glass container. Over ripened and black bananas. Plastic spoons buried in the breakfast glass jars are very unhygienic because you are touching the food when trying to get a helping. Gross! No paper napkins on a couple of days! Left over and dried up crudités were served twice. Dried up humus that was obviously not stored properly and showed a crust and discoloration on top.|Again unappetizing and gross to the eye and the taste! Horrible dried left over pieces of blue, soft and hard cheeses were served one evening with burnt hard rock slices of old bread. You should be ashamed to serve this rubbish to your valuable guests. Nachos and black beans orange cheese sauce from a can !|Over cooked and dried up fried raviolis. So overfried there was no cheese left inside the raviolis.Inedible. Obviously there is no pride, no passion and no caring from the culinary team to serve this king of unacceptable food quality to your guests. Very sad. To top it all during our stay I witnessed several staff members (housekeepers, restaurant hostess and cooks) helping themselves for food and beverages in front of us and others customers presents in the Club lounge ! I witnessed the restaurant hostess helping herself with some marinara meat balls that she served herself and placed them in a clear plastic juice glass and told another guest that it was going to be her dinner ? Really ! No shame ! A free for all. The inmates are running the show !unacceptable. In all my years of traveling the world I have never seen that in any hotels I patronized.|The coffee machine was broken one day, the food counter tops were dirty, needed a clean wipe and the soft drinks refrigerator inside bottom shelf is filthy and full of debris.|The sanitation and hygienic regarding your food buffet of your club lounge needs immediate attention by your team.|Overall I am very disappointed by the attitude and the lack of professionalism and attention to details of your staff. It seems to me that all the staff couldn't care less, are nonchalant and are on holidays? Some serious training is needed and it is not up to Marriott standards.|The only bright spots are the housekeeping team. They were outstanding. They were very polite, very professional and willing to please. They always had a smile on their face and made eye contact. The bedroom and the beds are also very very nice .|The housekeepers did a great job...

I checked everything aside from the Keurig machine and the ironing board/iron as I did not need those two items right off the bat. The room appeared to be rush cleaned. The shelves above the toilet were very dusty, there were fingerprints on the mirrors in both parts of the bathroom, the drains have a funky smell in them, the sink bowls were not cleaned as there was toothpaste in the sidewalk of the bowl in one and a brown splatter in the other, the towels were thrown up on the shelves and the towel rack inside the shower and they were not folded just thrown up there, the shower racks had soap residue on them and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles had dripped solution down all three clearly not cleaned, the remote and the phone were sticky so those two items were definitely not cleaned as well as the door handles in the bathroom and inside the main door, the bed did not look tidy as the pillows were just thrown on the bed which I thought was weird as it appeared to look like someone had sat or laid on the bed, which you never want to see when you're walking in your hotel room on top of the two queen beds when we requested a king bed for our once a year getaway every August without kids for my husbands Company Winner Circle so that was very annoying. They could not fix our room assignment because they were already booked full and did not have any kings available. We later that day, found the nonworking/difficult functioning iron, ironing board & Keurig machine :( Since I'm someone that wakes up at 3 AM before hours before my husband and the coffee shop opens it is essential that I have a working coffee machine in my room and that I count on that and being able to iron our suitcase wrinkled business attire is essential so that was a little annoying to say the least. We also did not have a microwave in our room. The other issue we had was we went and ate at the hotel restaurant and they were severely short-staffed. We waited an hour to get our food and when we had checked in with the waiter, actually the bartender they didn't have a waiter for the indoor tables just the outdoor tables so the bartender was taking orders for the Indoor Dining and we ordered our drinks and then our food later and the waiter came over to us and asked if we were ready for our check and we didn't have our food & we noted to him that we noticed several people getting their food that we had ordered before them and I don't think he put our order in and so when we finally got our order an hour later, my husband's chicken sandwich bread was incredibly burnt the chicken was overcooked. The fries were cold and, my salad had the croutons that I asked would be removed due to a gluten allergy and no solid dressing I will say the staff in the restaurant was incredibly kind and great customer service but the presentation and production of our mail...

Travelled to the hotel on Christmas day...the weather report said snow was expected, so I called the hotel beforehand and asked whether or not I should keep my rental car or rely on the shuttle. I was told that the shuttle is great...3 vans that run constantly on a regularly scheduled route all day. A shuttle comes by every 20-30 minutes. So, with their advice, I cancelled my rental car and booked a shuttle from SLC to Park City (which is more expensive than renting a car).
Turns out that the shuttle service is a disaster...and not just because of the snow. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes in 11 degree weather...told that it would be around 20 minutes...called after 30 minutes and was told it would be another 30 minutes...then told that they had been to the pickup spot and didn't see us. (we never left that space and different drivers would use different drop off/pick up spots). Other times it would be over an hour to get the shuttle. Basically, the highly touted shuttle service was unusable for the entire trip. One shuttle driver said that he was only scheduled for a 3 hour shift and that typically, there would only be one person driving at a time. It really seemed to be no desire to make it work, or do better. More of a 'yes, our shuttle service sucks...deal with it because there isn't anything we can do (or want to do)' attitude.
Hotel rooms that face the indoor pool reek of chlorine.
Food was 'eh'. Servers worked hard, but the menu was nothing to get excited about.
Adult dining in the bar was nice (family dining was filled with kids...which is what you'd expect). Problem was that the only door to the firepit was in the bar, so you have kids running through the bar all the time.
Housekeeping...hotel ran out of towels.
Bottom line is that the hotel is charging full service rates and not providing full service. I know that the line is 'Due to COVID (insert reason here)... I don't accept that because I stayed 90 nights at Marriott properties this last year (and about a dozen at other hotels) and this was by far the worst stay of them all. Park City Sheraton...you failed with the shuttles, provided mediocre food, responded to upset guests (there were plenty) with an apathetic attitude, and I don't feel that it really mattered to any of you.
I won't be returning to this hotel and would recommend that others...
